Forgot to mention a couple of weeks ago, Pickford's kicking is spotty in terms of direction, often seems to go out for a throw. But the distance he gets is ridiculous. Legitimately about 10-15 yards further than anyone else I've seen. Swear he did one against Palace that bounced about 10 yards outside the opposition box.

I'll say this, I'm impressed that McTominay is starting. I haven't seen enough of him to really weigh in on his quality, but he seems like the kind of middling player that just sticks around for a few seasons and is then sold to a promoted team for an inflated fee. Mou clearly likes him though he is playing a much bigger role than I'd have expected so good for him.
Tactical reasons left out? "I don't say so much tactically. We are playing with three midfield players and Paul could play perfectly in this role… but Paul created some doubts by not playing on Saturday, by not playing by his own decision - he was not feeling good, and created some doubts."
