Not sure about the others, but I know for Lillard that he got a supermax (AKA Designated Player Exception) based off of two All-NBA selections. I actually think they dropped the All-Star clause in favor of the All-NBA clause. The criteria, I believe is:

the 30% rule is the Derrick Rose rule and for players coming off their rookie contract, the DVPE clause actually makes them eligible for 35% of the cap. YNB, Curry, Harden and Wall all got that.
