By Dark PhaZe Go To PostGeorge is as good as gone, clear collusiondidn't PG13 just do an interview saying OKC were the favourites to retain him?
Surprised OKC didn't just trade him for a second or something, but I guess Russ would have been salty

“Well, I mean I’m happy here,” George said. “I’m happy here. I’m happy with this group. At the end of the season, it’s still on my decision on what I need to do for my family. That has nothing to do with my happiness here though. I’ve been really happy. It’s a great organization to be a part of, but again, you know, I don’t want people looking at this and (saying) like, ‘Hey, because he said it’s his happiness at the end of the day (that he’s definitely re-signing).
“I don’t know if whether I’m going to LA, or what I’m going to do this offseason. But I can say I am happy about being here. I’m happy with playing with Russ, happy with playing with Melo, and this organization. This front office has shown what they can do to go get pieces and how active they are about winning.”

He's definitely keeping the door wide open for LA.
Wow i missed a lot.
We got worse, Jae Crowder isn't any good :( Goodbye Iso Joe, Jazz legend after 1 season.
wow as a lottery pick ever been waived before?

One of the worst draft picks of all time, was considered a fringe first round pick by every other team.

It doesn't have to be George collusion. You'd be confident too if only 7 teams had real cap space, you had by far the most, and all of the other teams except Philly sucked. Somebody's going to go there to get paid.
There are some other players who'd qualify as big names that are possibilities - Kevin Love has a player option and might be sick of Cleveland and Lebron and interested in going back to LA for a max. Or knowing Magic, it could be someone like DeAndre Jordan.

Guys don't even mention a potential destination prior to free agency, and George has already referenced it several times while dropping many qualifiers about *should* he happen to leave OKC, its not because he didn't like it and what not. That's keeping the door wide open. What else is it?
By giririsss Go To Postdidn't PG13 just do an interview saying OKC were the favourites to retain him?
oh you sweet summer child...
Yeah, George was on bullshit his last two seasons in Indy too. He should've got more shit for it but 1) no one gives a fuck about indiana 2) indy sucked 3) it was more fun talking about him offering a mil to the girl he knocked up and how she later ran his pockets anyways 4) tons of other stories in the league while he was still coming off that injury
Just realized De'Aron Fox will never be shit because he plays for the Kings. Then again, he's a Vegeta stan so it might be the perfect pairing.

Dude obviously thrives on drama. Sounds like bit of a dud team mate too.

Assuming everything goes through as reported, the Kings will be paying 7 players this season who are not on the team:
Matt Barnes
Anthony Tolliver
Arron Afflalo
Caron Butler
Bruno Caboclo
Joe Johnson
Georgios Papagiannis
Woof.

🤔
Frank Mason is great
Was going to say the Kings really fucked up that Papagianis pick but
Not like many of the picks below would have helped either.

By diehard Go To Postwait, hasn't it been about 2 years from being 2 years for Bruno?
Yeah, this is the last year of his rookie deal. Through a combination of low motivation and low bball IQ he never put it together at the NBA level. Won us a d-league championship though.
