By giririsss Go To PostBoston, Don't the wizzards give Raps fits too?
Raptors are far from untouchable.
I hope WAS finally gets their shot at CLE in the first round. With Boston you basically have to hope a bunch of 19 and 21 year olds are lighting it up in May.
Edit: damn that sucks for KP

Oh kyrie played on a restriction.
I mean, i'm not rooting against the Raps. , far from it. But they've choked in the playoffs a few times in a row now.
Westbrook shitting on everyone
Celtics vs 76ers would be ideal in the first round since it's a bunch of rookies vs rookies but philly beating Boston twice in one year would destroy Boston lol
Porzingus :(

So what does this mean? Best case scenario KP loses some of his athleticism? How long before he can get on the court again?
really sucks for KP.
Unfortunately I had a feeling something would happen with him. He's simply too tall to do what he does. The human body aint built for that.

I'm actually sorry, Knicks fans. Fortunately that injury's not the kiss of death it once was.
By masud Go To PostSo what does this mean? Best case scenario KP loses some of his athleticism? How long before he can get on the court again? These days he should see a full recovery if he only tears it once.
It's the second time someone does it that you have to be worried about athleticism and such.
By giririsss Go To PostThese days he should see a full recovery if he only tears it once.Jabari tore his like 3 times so far and he keeps getting more atheltic.

They took the Cavs to 6 in the conference finals year before last.

I dunno, he's only 3 inches taller than KD.

He may lose some of his athleticism. 6-9 months.
He has a 1 in 20 chance of retearing his surgically repaired ACL, and a 1 in 33 chance of tearing the other one now.
Normally, it's a 1 in 1800 chance of tearing an ACL.
By livefromkyoto Go To PostThey took the Cavs to 6 in the conference finals year before last.
Cavs didn't take them seriously, and for good reason.
They have enough top flight talent to compete against the Celtics and this current Cavs team but not against the West.

By Kabro Go To PostI'm sorry.Don't be. That's fantastic.
Adam are these numbers for normal people or athletes? I feel normal people change their habits if they tear something and would be less likely to tear something again vs an athlete.

The cohort study included both sedentary people and athletes.
But yes, you're right. They did find that a younger age and a higher level of activity is correlated with a higher risk of retear and/or contralateral tear.

And KD had multiple injuries and surgeries to his feet.
By giririsss Go To PostIs Ingram even as good as TJ Warren?TJ Warren is a really good scorer. Ingram isn't really good at anything yet.
Speaking of, kind of weird how even though he's the #2 pick, I hardly hear anything about Ingram. Has he been injured?
