Rozier got a shoe deal? Huh
I don't get how LeBron expects to be in on personnel decisions when a) he drove away Kyrie and b) he won't commit to staying.
There is zero incentive for the Cavs to flip that BK pick/pieces for the likes of DJ or George Hill if LeBron isn't staying.

Real talk.... could it be Ainge was right about THE Terry Rozier all along? Dude is balling out of his mind and is about to get Marcus Smart traded right now. It could be another case of a Brad Stevens role player looking awesome... but he had a slow build that looks to be legit now.
I mean, I'll say it was more LeBron not committing that drove him off (Kyrie + scrubs not tailored to his style LOL), but the dude literally didn't want to meet/interact with LeBron at all. He was tired of the man.
By blackace Go To PostNot exactly sure it's fair to say LBJ ran Kyrie off… Kyrie just felt a certain wayKyrie was always little brother to LeBron and never was a legit second guy to him unlike Wade. How many times LeBron shat on him on the sidelines before he couldn't take it anymore?

By reilo Go To PostShabazz Napier is better than Terry Rozier. Wtf is this talk of "dude is balling out of his mind"?He dropped 31 on the Hawks a couple days ago

He was mad that LBJ got everything he wanted and Kyrie wasn't treated like a star...I really don't know anything about LBJ shitting on him on the sidelines...
By blackace Go To PostHe was mad that LBJ got everything he wanted and Kyrie wasn't treated like a star…I really don't know anything about LBJ shitting on him on the sidelines…The constant " we need a play making PG" etc etc. They'd had words a few times. Then... wasn't there like a 4 or 5 week stretch where they just didn't talk to each other at all?
By reilo Go To Postthe Hawks?and a triple double...
I mean shit the Hawks held Portland to 89 not to long ago

By giririsss Go To PostNaw, Kyrie and LBJ didn't get a long, apparently Kyrie couldn't stand him.and that's LBJ driving him off? or Kyrie being in his feels?
By blackace Go To Postand a triple double…In a game Shabazz had 21/8/6
I mean shit the Hawks held Portland to 89 not to long ago
By reilo Go To PostIn a game Shabazz had 21/8/6still a worse game than Rozier so you still wrong
By blackace Go To Postand a triple double…His February reads very well, 21 pts, 6reb, 3.5ast per game. But it comes on the back of a shootin hot streak, he's been shooting .460 from 3, where he's normally around .350
I mean shit the Hawks held Portland to 89 not to long ago
But he's also starting to get more minutes.
Rozier could turn out to be a real solid role player.

By blackace Go To Postand that's LBJ driving him off? or Kyrie being in his feels? They'd had multiple public / private stoushes. And they really disliked each other. It was LBJ's team. He might not have told him to fuck off, but he certainly did nothing to make him feel welcome.
Is it fair to put that on LBJ ? who knows. Some players just don't / won't get a long.
By reilo Go To PostIt's a two game sample, come on nowThe one thing i didn't check.
Did point out it was an anomally though.
By reilo Go To PostIt's a two game sample, come on nowHis last 5 games read really well...
Oh, BTW, LFK you don't understand why the wiz would want to trade Gortat?
Wait until he's on your team. Then you'll know. Dude's opinion of himself is off the charts. He's soft, finishes soft, and isn't quite as good at defense as he likes to think he is. And he gets in his feels if he doesn't get superstar treatment.

Kyrie waited until the last moment too to demand a trade and told the FO he would have knee surgery if they didn't trade him... but LBJ ran him off...

I thought he requested a trade the season prior too? I don't think it was out of the blue considering the reports throughout last season of Griffin trying to trade Kyrie for Bledsoe and he was about to trade for PG too. I don't think he waited toll the last moment.

I don't think it was out of the blue considering the reports throughout last season of Griffin trying to trade Kyrie for Bledsoe and he was about to trade for PG too. I don't think he waited toll the last moment. That happened 1 month before Kyrie said he was sitting unless traded... they tried to get PG13 and Bledsoe for Kyrie and Frye. I am sure that had way more to do with it...
By blackace Go To PostThat's the thing… coworkers hate each other all the time… Kyrie waited until the last moment too to demand a trade and told the FO he would have knee surgery if they didn't trade him… but LBJ ran him off…Right. But LBJ was the senior member and made that team all about him, supposedly Kyrie wanted out of the offensive system that revolved solely around LBJ. If you're going to do that you also have to manage some ego's.
But that's also on the FO for not managing it better.
But the hatred towards each other was real enough to Kyrie to threaten to sit out a season.
I'm with Psy here, i think he'd made it known he wanted off prior. Several times. But they thought they could manage the situation. Then he made the direct threat to sit out the season and forced their hand.
Did LBJ run him off the team? No. Did LBJ making it all about him run him off the team? Yes. Lots of it is Kyrie's ego too.
if lbj goes to another team this offseason, it doesn't matter what type of offense they run, lebron will want it to be an offense that suits him (he runs point, everyone else stands around). he just continually makes everything about him and kyrie wasn't having it and i dont blame him.
Pretty sure Gilbert has the as much to do or even the biggest to do with this but we won't get the full story till these dudes retired.

By s y Go To PostSpo had no offenseI can't wait for you to get an earl watson as coach.
Spo is legit a top5 coach in the NBA.
(Pop, stevens, snyder, kerr, spo) I could see many leaving out kerr.
Edit: Oh, i'd swap out Kerr for Carlisle.
