I fucking hate the deal. It's the dumb type of deal you do when you panic to save your ass as a GM. It doesn't improve the team long-term at all, and their biggest problems aren't at the C position.

He's done gold in the draft and done some great get something out of nothing moves, but then he completely fucks up in FA and does panic deals like Will Barton and a first for Arron Afflalo -- the type of player Portland could really use. Crabbe has been complete shit in Brooklyn, but he'd be super valuable in Portland if ET wasn't on the books. It's just a bad fit roster at key forward positions -- they just don't have anyone that can alleviate some of those issues... which Turner was supposed to do.

I think that's the trade that got Plumlee which turned into Nurkic and a first. In that regard I don't particularly care especially since Portland had Crabbe at the time. They need a wing that can consistently shoot the three, and RHJ isn't that dude.
