Atlanta was playing good ball until Horford got hurt. They were actively tanking until a 'fuck it' in the last 3 weeks of the season but them back in. They're gonna be much improved with a better feel together under Bud too.
Raptors went from bottom feeders to really, really good at times. Finished strong through mainly addition by subtraction moves and should only get better with more time to gel. Still think they should've fired Casey though.
Washington had to deal with Nene. They've got Pierce to talk to the young guys and prevent stupid as well as Andre Miller to run the offense whenever John Wall has to think or cry.
The Heat won't be terrible.
