I played a 64 player conquest map and it was fine to me. Clearly above 30, idk what the exact number is. I'm sure it's not 60 at all times, but it wasnt jarring or anything to me.
@facism idk that's a good question. I wonder if increasing it to 4k also increases the baseline resolution on non 4k displays. I want to say yes, but idk for sure.

It's grindy at the beginning. Copper is essential for chromatic metal, which you'll make with the portable refinery. So cop as much of it as possible if you're on a planet or system that has it.
When you get to the downed freighter, use the visor to scan for underground locked cargo, and the terrain gun to get there. The resources required to unlock it will vary, but go get whatever it's asking and unlock it. There are valuable items in there and you'll probably be a millionaire by the time you open all of them.
