what a mess
it seems so easy to make crackdown a success, the gameplay they've shown seems more suited to battle royale than anything else out there

The Crackdown 3 trailer they showed at E3 looked a lot better than their showing at last year's E3. Much better visual fidelity (night and day difference in the models, for instance), better animations, it seemed more like Crackdown in general.
Hopefully they show it off at Gamescom. The last delay seemed to help, so hopefully this one will, too.

By Nelo Ice Go To PostLooks like so many people came out winning from last night's epic Target glitch.Kind of mad I missed it. Could have gotten a gr8 deal on a ps4pro.

i forgot that you guys have to pay for that ish. but a degree is a degree, opens a lot of doors even if you learned nothing. i got a compsci degree and i use none of it but it helped me a lot.

A portfolio is the only thing that matters.

By s y Go To PostDamnI'm reading that Target thread on reset jealous
This Rez Infinite trophy really wants me to play the score attack mode “at least 30 times.”
After the direct assault trophy that requires you to beat the entire game through 6 times without dying.
Direct assault of course being a mode which you can only unlock after beating the game on normal to begin with.
And none of this is even connected to the Area X stuff, which requires you to beat it with 95% shot down rate, beating the hidden boss and without getting hit.

Platinum Granblue Fantasy is coming to the west.

oh okay
I was actually in the mood for something mindless yesterday so I thought I might go back to FF XIV for a bit. It wasn’t taking my Square account password. Okay, reset password.
It asks for a one time challenge code to set a new password. Okay, where do I get that? Google search > it requires a $10.99 key fob ordered from Square to generate the codes. Or, use an app.
Okay, let’s try the app. “Please enter your Square account password.”
Lol fuck off > eject disc.
By livefromkyoto Go To PostThat dragoon looked pretty awesome. That feature is an opt-in thing, iirc. So you probably have an email somewhere with the reset code. If not, an email or phone call would be necessary.

Yes, SE sucks at online.
By MonadL Go To PostPlatinum Granblue Fantasy is coming to the west.Nice that we have confirmation. Gane is gonna be big. Cy games came with bag and threw a team combined with the existing platinum team to help develop the game.

If not, an email or phone call would be necessary. At the end of jumping through those hoops the subscription fee in Canada is now like $16.99 monthly. That’s insane, I could just go buy Horizon Zero Dawn or something at that price...every month. I liked the game but it’s just not worth that on top of paying $50 cdn for expansions.

By Kibner Go To Postwhy don't people link to articles. wtf, why do people snip content from an article, tweet the image of the article, then not link to it.

Wtf was Arc Sys smoking, when it came to FighterZ, in general. Inputs being eaten might be the biggest offender. I never had issues with their other games.
SF5's results don't surprise me at all.

So what's everybody waiting for in the coming two months?
July got nearly nothing for me, apart from The Banner Saga collection (haven't played any title from the franchise yet) and Mega Man X Collection, where I'll wait for a price cut.
August on the other hand is pretty packed already.
Shenmue 1/2, Yakuza Kiwami 2
Maybe : We Happy Few and Phantom Doctrine, Divinity 2
The last interesting title is gonna be more of a personal thing.
I'm usually pretty critical about games from Germany, as you can count the quality titles on two hands, apart from Point & Click adventures.
One of my favorite writers in the medium with Martin Ganteföhr is back at making games.
The title is called State of Mind and it's developed by Daedalic Games (The Pillars of the Earth, Silence, Deponia and many more).
Main theme is transhumanism and you basically got two worlds, a virtual world and the real world with all the problems that occur.
There's also a smaller gameplay segment from last year, but it's still a little rough.
Bonus points for those that enjoyed the voice actor that played Geralt in the Witcher 3, he's the voice of the main character.
Would also count up September titles, but there are far too many and I haven't decided what I'll get from the start.
Also, did anyone play 428: Shibuya Scramble before?

By Smokey Go To PostMadden then 2k season.
This Target debacle is like WalMart kayak levels of winning. So many people had their orders slip through and my consolation order shipped lol. And my preorders are still alive.
