A distinguished trio of Rockstar Xbox 360 titles are coming to the Xbox One Backward Compatibility catalog next week on Thursday, June 7th: the west coast GTA classic Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas, the breakneck high-speed racing Midnight Club: Los Angeles and the fast and fluid competition of Rockstar Games presents Table Tennis.

Everyone on era seems super eager to jump on that Anthem dick to slight Bungle, but I'll wait for an open beta to see if I'm on board
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostEveryone on era seems super eager to jump on that Anthem dick to slight Bungle, but I'll wait for an open beta to see if I'm on boardhow hard is it to be worse than destiny 2?
and there aren't any other looter shooters out there at all - and people are somehow still more thoroughly over division than they ever were about destiny. maybe if borderlands 3 comes through it'll be different but anthem would have to be a trainwreck in its debut to not have a big opening. if the game is rushed, it'll probably just be barebones like battlefront but they'll probably run shop on gameplay and actual loot stuffs (omg destiny. loot. how)
after the foot in their asses about loot boxes, they'll roll out a much more palatable whaling system and no one will even flinch.

For real though, so many people want so many different things from games like Destiny (there is a reason the big D hasn't had a challenger in 5 years, these types of games are really fucking hard to make and sustain), and though Anthem has piqued my interest, its hilarious to see people praise it as their saviour - same people will be deriding Bioware and proclaiming their death six weeks later once the content well dries up.
to be honest.... even andromeda had better loot and progression than destiny 2. by a lot
the bar is pretty low
the bar is pretty low
Just had one of those Dota matches where everything dovetails and its brilliant
Everyone communicating during the pick and match, heroes who suit eachother and the other team, nobody having a go at others for dying or buying items they disagree with, no lone rangers pissing about getting ganked all the time or overextending themselves.
Plus they delayed the end of the match so I could get my barracks challenge done, could have easily won it a good 5 minutes before we did.

By Facism Go To PostYou and mastodon still playing together? I could do with a squad to get back into the gameYeah, Killer's started playing with us as well. Pretty tough showing someone the ropes with the way MMR works, but I can't be arsed to make a smurf account. Its fine in the first 10 minutes or so, but once the lanes start rotating and towers start getting pushed, it takes all my focus to play my own hero. Playing solo a fair bit recently because of the battle pass, enjoying it much more since taking a 3 month break or so between January and March.
The cavern is a really good way for new players to try new heroes, the all-hero challenge becomes a pile of shite when you hit a roadblock whereas the cavern gives you a lot of options.
By Nelo Ice Go To PostI’m terrible at aces so far but it’s pretty fun. After 3 tries I finally won my first match.
I won my first two tournaments but once people figure out how to play they're gonna dust me lol.
By Mariosalic Go To PostI won my first two tournaments but once people figure out how to play they're gonna dust me lol.Yeah I’m terrible already and it’s gonna be a bloodbath once people learn the game. Love how they turned tennis into a fighting game though. Despite being bad I love the game. Going up against an evenly matched opponent is exciting. Though I hate how trick shot is also mapped to lob/drop shots. I keep accidentally doing it when I meant to do a lob/drop.

It gets pretty intense haha

By s y Go To Postyou can use the right stick to trick shotYeah I know. That’s why I mentioned I hate how it’s also mapped to doing lob/drop shots lol. Every time I try prepping for one i accidentally do a trick shot. Have to get use to the habit of just tapping down or up before charging my shot rather than holding the stick in the right direction which usuallly leads to an accidental trick shot.
if you're watching cutscenes in a kingdom hearts game you already lost
these are all the cutscenes in the yakuza demo

Pokemon quest is fucking addictive, they need to hurry up and get this out on mobile.
Probably gonna trade in Persona 5 and GOW for Vampyr. Persona ran out of steam towards the end and GOW just didn't do it for me,

So got all the story games at their cheapest prices for Rusty’s real deal baseball. Game is amazing and I love how Nintendo turned micro transactions into a game itself. Each game I’ve played is surprisingly fun and there’s a lot of content for cheapest price point at $16 price for the complete game. 3DS eshop has some hidden gems and I hope Nintendo continues bringing these smaller games like Rusty and Pocket Card Jockey on the switch.
Amiibos are the worst, most sinister microtransaction because it adds more useless plastic shit to your house you'd be ashamed to show anybody.
By DY_nasty Go To PostHow come you didn't @ meDon't get me wrong I enjoyed the game that last dungeon was a mistake though.

By s y Go To PostI love how Nintendo turned micro transactions into a game itselfFor someone that hates Nintendo so much you seem to be about as interested in trolling them as you love Kingdom Hearts. Rusty has a fun way of doing mtx since they could have just let you buy the dlc in a menu but they made it into a game. Fun ridiculous away of doing it versus loot boxes or paying full price outright.

if psy can take his hits for loving kingdom hearts and convincing other members here to buy a naruto game then i'm sure a few dissatisfied switch owners can state how much dust their hardware is collecting and yal will be alright
smokey legit defended quantum break in earnest ffs
i don't understand that mentality though. i bought a ps4 and i don't really play it. only game i ever put any time into was Nioh, but that eventually hit the PC.
I’m personally enjoying my switch though I admittedly didn’t turn it on for awhile after I got Monster Hunter.
And tbf wasn’t Sony/MS just padding their early years with remasters/cross gen ports before their heavy hitters kicked in?. Doesn’t seem that crazy to me that it would be kinda rough software wise after their last console bombed in hilarious fashion.
That and it would be crazy to expect 3rd parties to come flocking to the switch when they’ve never really supported Nintendo consoles. Buying one of their consoles means you wanted their games. If not that then you’re interested in the portable aspect and indies. Otherwise Idk what else you guys were expecting from them.
Btw guess I should buy an X1X then come here to complain about the lack of exclusives and games I could play on weaker hardware on my Pro. Even though I knew going in I wasn’t really interested enough in the first place to drop $500.

I don't even care about the 3rd party stuff since that battle was lost ages ago. I don't get how it takes them so long to even put out trailers and updates on their first party headliners lol. you'd think metroid was developed by 343 and this point and pokemon was on the kickstarter timeline. luigi had a mansion once upon a time and even the smaller stuff you could count on isn't even on the radar. harvest moon, FE, f-zero, etc and its not like you see people hating on mario tennis.
the hardware isn't even good enough for a convincing pull for multiplat choices. okay. that rant has been had. but if a nintendo console doesn't even put out new nintendo games than everyone was right to hold and horde the older stuff - if not for resale, then for not having to buy it again

They basically had 1 first party game come out each month for the first year. How many are they supposed to churn out? Who is putting out that much stuff?
People seem to think Nintendo will somehow dramatically increase their output of new original games if they cut off 3DS support vita style. Then stop porting Wii U games. Right now I’m surprised we’re getting Smash and Pokemon in the same year/season. Both those games are easy system sellers that could’ve easily been held back for a potential drought.
For the most part Nintendo seem to be announcing games that are coming out within the year they’re revealed. Off the top of my head Metroid, Yoshi, and Bayo 3 were announced early with no definitive release date and barely any info. It’s not nearly as bad Square Enix announcing their games light years ahead of time or MS revealing Crackdown 3 then delaying it into oblivion. Of course the aforementioned games could be as bad if we still haven’t heard anything about them in 2019.
Aside from all that I’m fine with the current schedule atm since I’m playing catch-up anyway with the 3DS and PS4 stuff. Plus with gcu dead and Prime discount likely to follow I’m not looking forward to having to pay anywhere near full price for Nintendo games. I’m too wired to only pay for a game if I’m getting a discount in some way lol.
