Yikes
Damn what's wrong with it? I haven't played a 2k in a while. I always just have more fun in the character creator like a total dweeb.
By Random Ass Username Go To PostDamn what's wrong with it? I haven't played a 2k in a while. I always just have more fun in the character creator like a total dweeb.they had to do a survey to their costumers who stopped playing it asking why they stopped playing
one of the reasons available was fornite
the other was mycareer being a grindfest to force you to buy currency
By Perfect Blue Go To PostPS4 version?Still waiting on a PS4 version of Vanquish.
Come the fuck on
I'll take David Cage point and click adventures all day over anything resembling shit like No More Heroes or Killer 7.
By LFMartins86 Go To PostRemember that concept art for a urban racing game from Microsoft that everyone thought it was Forza Horizon 4?

its just...not fun these days. i feel like it peaked around 2K11. i'd take that w/ updated graphics anyday over 2k18
even fifa w/ all its jank and exploits is still fun.
Anyone play Overwatch on PS4?. Just picked it up for $14. Wanted Siege but couldn't justify complete edition even with a 20% off plus sale price after my switch spending lol.
Starting to very much look forward to The Division 2
The loot obviously isn't as exciting as it is in a Diablo or Destiny or whatever, but I really liked the loop in the first game even before they fixed the GaaS stuff
edit: The Division Gold Edition for £20, Darkest Dungeon for £6.50 right now. Don't mind if I do.

How does character progression work in Darkest Dungeon? Do you get items/weapons/armour to equip your characters with, do they level up, increase base stats, unlock new abilities etc?

Finished FFXV.
Four trophies away from my first platinum trophy. I just need to to the four maxing out the skills. On 4 for fishing, 5 for survival, 6 for cooking, and 9 for photography.
Really enjoyed the first half of the game. Second half was linear as fuck, so just completed it as quickly as possible.
Didn't think the story was that interesting on make a lot of sense.
Glad Irestarted it and finished quickly.

By GQman2121 Go To PostDoes any sports game do numbers with the kind of people that watch others play videogames online? There was a report the other day saying that FIFA was one of the two games responsible for the 95% increase in viewership of console games this year.
The FIFA tournaments have easily 100.000+ viewers watching it live.
Finished Nier Automata (A, B, C).
I'm going to toss it into my Dark Souls-esque category of it being one of my favorite games ever, but it has segments that I don't really care for...at all. As integral to the story as 9S' initial campaign is, I wasn't overly fond of his hacking gimmick. Admittedly, when I actually decided to fuse chips and learn about that mechanic, then it became easier. Still, I would have preferred more of 2B and A2.
Not much to say about the combat. It's shallower than some of it's modern contemporaries, but there is still enough there to allow a little creativity. By the game's "end", I was doing all sorts of impractical bullshit with the cast. Can't wait to see combo videos.
This game sticks with you. I'm not familiar with the director's work, but he's amazing at his job. Some of the set pieces are untouchable. The soundtrack is amazing and the story has plenty of hooks to keep you captivated.
If they make a sequel, I do hope that they'll give some of the experienced players more to work with, instead of just stacking stats. I get that the simplicity was the point, but nah, more wouldn't have hurt.
I Didn't expect 2B to be the best damn character in the game.
If you finish route A, do yourself a favor and get through 9S' campaign. I'm not fond of that logic, but everyone that said it was correct. A2's campaign is gdlk.
Now to actually play GoW.
--------
I still run Overwatch on PS4. Been playing Widow recently. I can't use her on the pc, but I'm fine here. Straight trash, but getting kills with her feels so satisfying.

help me out
what is this?
I'm not having fun with 9S but you srsly need to hack enemies or they just beat your ass because 9S sucks at combat
By rvy Go To Posthold up,You can take a bunch of duplicate chips and fuse them into a more powerful version at maintenance shops. If you’re not doing this, you’re basically not levelling up your character.

I actually dropped Nier:A for GOW.
Once I am done with GOW - which has been phenomenal btw - I'll go back to Nier - which I was really enjoying.
But the gap in production quality between the two games might hurt my take on Nier when I go back.

Dragon's Crown Pro is pretty good, mindless fun.
It's also neat how they got multi-platform working between PS4, PS3, and Vita. Including being able to use your same save files across all platforms.

Playing through my 3DS library and actually beating some games. Took me about a month to beat Detective Pikachu and after owning it for 4 years I finally completed Kirby Triple Deluxe.
Pikachu was actually pretty fun and if you like Pokemon it's a fun story just to see how Pokemon think and act in a normal setting instead of just battling. Game itself is insanely easy though.
Triple Deluxe was my first ever Kirby game. I always avoided them since I heard they were easy and super short. Put about 14 hours into TD and had a blast the whole way through. Even got all the sunstones. Game was pretty easy and super forgiving. It was just hard enough to give me a challenge. Like I wiped on the final boss multiple times before the game just gave me a pass and Iet me 1 shot every phase of the fight lol. Also loved the use of 3D in the game and now it's making consider getting Captain Toad on 3DS since that game in 3D is gonna look awesome.

Yeah I see the light now. Triple Deluxe was just plain fun to play the whole way through. I have Planet Robobot so I'll be tackling that soon after I beat another 3DS game. Maybe I should finally finish one of the Zelda remakes/remasters or finish Kid Icarus.

I got back into Valkyria Chronicles II after a long absence. Honestly, I’m kind of feeling Valkyria > Fire Emblem.

still a damned shame sega threw the canvas engine in the bushes. and i have little to no faith in valk 4
