Hinkie did it for years, Suns did it just last year shutting down bledsoe for like half a season, even the lakers shut players down last season. That's how you tank. Suns didn't start this season with the intention to tank, McD has no foresight and didn't anticipate Bledsoe requesting a trade, if he wanted to tank this year Bledsoe would've been gone in the off season.
