By chandlerparsons Go To PostHappy new year y'all! What a way to go out.
Dunno how much time he'll miss, but hope Harden rests and recovers well.
This stretch has been rough, but I hope D'Antoni's found more guys he can trust in Black and Green.
Pulled hamstring :/

rooks fault. keep all limbs away from james harden. simple.
By The Frankman Go To Post… wait you guys are serious about this?not when you superman dive at a guy.. intent still plays a part in flagrant fouls and when a player puts himself in danger by diving at a player like an idiot the refs made the right non-call..
Yes, they call Flagrant 1s on the dunker on this for any blow to the head now. Blake Griffin Rule; it's already been called a couple times since last year. It's meant to stop dunkers from leading with their off arm to intentionally seek to push away the defender "violently".
For as much as I complain, the Wolves are on pace to win 51 games. In December, they were third in offense and merely a bad defensive team (19th) and not abominable.
They might be pretty good. I don't know. I'm very guarded. Someone send help.

Lakers and Celtics (and current Spurs/Cavs/Dubs) fans can claim the regular season ain't shit but for us peons we have to take what we can get.
For me, the NBA is the thing that tides me over while I wait for the AFL to pick up. From October to March, I just wanna watch a team that wins more often than not. Seeing the development of Capela, the Ariza/Tucker/Mbah a Moute defensive trio, and the guard trio of Paul/Harden/Gordon is enough.
Be happy that after 14 years your team will be in the playoffs. Be happy that Butler has taken the rightful role of alpha on that team. Be happy that Wiggins is actually addressing his shooting and that Tyus will finally get the playing time you asked for.
Keep your postseason expectations in check, and enjoy the season's little wins and you'll be good.

Be happy that Wiggins is actually addressing his shooting and that Tyus will finally get the playing time you asked for.The problem they have now that coach Thibs won't address because it'll make GM Thibs look bad is that Tyus is a much more productive player than Jeff Teague. He doesn't get those box score lines, but he keeps the offense flowing in a way that Teague doesn't and he's so much better defensively that the team is much better when he's on the court. Starters + Tyus is transcendent. Starters + Teague is merely good.
Keep your postseason expectations in check, and enjoy the season's little wins and you'll be good.
But hey, maybe somebody will take that Teague contract in June. Right?

Literally Lex Luthor.
By blackace Go To Postnot when you superman dive at a guy.. intent still plays a part in flagrant fouls and when a player puts himself in danger by diving at a player like an idiot the refs made the right non-call..Only as such if the defender is making a play on the ball and the offensive players seeks the contact. Baker meant to hit AD sure, but he flew by him. Hell, the actual foul call is Baker's head getting struck by AD's elbow.
By giririsss Go To PostYou're a bafoon if you think that's a flagrant on ADI'm guessing you don't watch much NFL.

He had zero position and jumped into the player with the ball from an angle and is like 7 inches shorter Baker basically put his face in AD's elbow.. point blank.. how can AD avoid hitting Baker in that situation that Baker created?
By Kibner Go To PostVery lucky it's not longer than that.
By Kibner Go To PostNo one goes to the free throw line as much as Harden. Incredible he lasted as long as he did.

Welp. I think he's only missed 2 games since he's been here. Will be interesting. We'll probably drop to 3 or 4 now, but rather it now than last weeks of season.
We're essentially the Clippers of yrs past now.
By rodeoclown Go To PostIt's crazy how much better they are with Tyus out there. Whew.*when playing the Lakers off a double OT back2back

By DY_nasty Go To Postnance is gahbagei forgot to say this last night. Randle plays way better defense than him.
By Kibner Go To PostTo clarify, it's not out for two weeks, just two weeks until he's re-evaluated.

By s y Go To Posti forgot to say this last night. Randle plays way better defense than him.i wanted to believe, but nance don't do shit but jump high and capitalize off buckets other people spoonfeed him. he's still playing like a rookie out there

There's another game vs Warriors on 1/20 too on ABC, wouldn't surprise me if he sits out past that too.
By diehard Go To Postfor his career, Randle gets 1 of his shots blocked per game. That seems high.
