By chandlerparsons Go To PostI'll take this incarnation of the Rockets over having to endure Hack-a-Dwight again. Bolded isn't true, lol.
The sheer deliberate nature of Houston's O is the only reason I think they have a chance against GS.
Everyone knows what they're going to do, and they still can't stop it.
Adams is balling his ass off btw.
By Sho_Nuff82 Go To PostThe sheer deliberate nature of Houston's O is the only reason I think they have a chance against GS.Portland have been the only team I can recall that have made a concerted effort to deny the Rockets their 3s (only time they've shot less than 30 3PAs this season). It is possible.

People keep talking about that matchup, but I'm worried about what's happening now. We can't even beat the Lakers or Clips atm.

We traded half our team for a top 10 player and he's out. Also two other guys from our 8 man rotation when we don't have any depth in the third string. Rockets are definitely the second best team in the league.
By friskykillface Go To PostLol they gave upWhen Steven Adams has the ball and you're down 5, its 100% over
By chandlerparsons Go To PostGlad to have #MVPela back in the line up for tonight's game. Don't think it'll be much of a game without Paul tho..
OKC getting their shit together is so disappointing as the owner of their pick. 11-3 in their last 14.
i actually think OKC is a bad matchup for Houston, they have ridiculous athleticism on the perimeter that should be able to somewhat limit their 3's.

Houston shot 37 threes.
I guess they died.

George and Anthony seem to apply a different level of effort in big games, as they showed tonight.
Wasn't just on the perimeter either. Adams caused Capela problems inside and that Westbrook intercept at the rim to deny that Capela oop was ridiculous.
houston is going to get absolutely pasted in the playoffs lulz
warriors and spuds literally the only good teams in the west

Cleveland's best player is debatably the best to ever lace them up. Houston's is literally Darkseid.
lol harden is so obviously going to shoot like 37% in the playoffs and get to the foul line about half the rate he's doing now

i mean...when everybody is healthy they win 14 in a row and beat teams by an average of 10points +. okc played their entire squad and only won by 5. cp3 injury is forcing us to give a dude named Briante Weber minutes at PG. that and the luc injury is fuking up the rotations. looks like we may get both cp3 and luc back later this week tho.
and besides i said they'd get bodied tonight

Anyone else a little bored so far this season? After the insane off season I was hyped for all kinds of storylines, but i'm thinking all these injuries killed that for me. Minnesota and OKC have been very hard to watch, IT is out for the Cavs, Hayward out in Boston, Kawhi been out, Curry is hurt.
Seems like a lot of teams are under performing too like the wizards and bucks. On top of that there are 10 teams in the league that are absolute trash.

on the surface nothing looks different but he's OD powerful for no reason.
edit: man i checked the boxscore this fool clarkson really shot 23 times. shot more than Kuzma. the fuck.
By pkaz01 Go To PostAnyone else a little bored so far this season?
No, but it's mainly because my team is playing above expectations so far. But they have a tough January, ask me again in a month.
I usually get bored around this time of the season. 82+playoffs is way to many games when 16/30 teams make it into the playoffs and the top seeds mostly win anyway.
It doesn't help when outside of Booker this team is absolute trash, and other the non Suns games I watch just remind me that GS is going to win so they don't matter.
I'm looking at the bottom 8 teams in the West and they are all worse than last year other than the Lakers. Somehow this trash ass Suns team without bledsoe and without booker for a month has more wins than they did last year around this time. How the fuck is a team 5-13 at home and 7-10 on the road?

Astros called, they want their garbage back. Why? I have no idea.
