To the best of my recollection I was not on the this-will-never-work train, but I think it was a totally defensible position. Because you could make the same "they have high bball IQ of course it was gonna work" argument about Westbrook & George (and people who watch the Olympics say the same thing about Melo) and yet here we are.
And Russ is the reigning MVP, while Harden is literally Stalin.
If Mitchell can improve his efficiency a bit he'll be the better rookie over Tatum this year. Happy for Utah. And it's good for the league.
