An NBA executive passed along a theory to me that Lonzo shot better in college with Wilson brand balls since they have a softer grip with deeper ridges and thus mitigate the effects of his funky form. As I detailed this March, the numbers checked out: Ball shot 43.3 percent on 150 attempts using Wilson balls in college, compared with 34.1 percent on 44 attempts using Nike balls. Well, I don't know, if he was really touted as the most polished offensive player, then it's the first I'm hearing of it over all this fizzled out Lonzo hype.

You're probably not missing anything, it is I missing everything because I literally didn't even know this draft would be so deep with players like Mitchell and Ntilinka and Kuzma and anyone else I'm forgetting.

I think right now I'm just pissed at the thought of what could've been with Tatum and Kuzma on the same team... instant fucking offense.
