Those never get given in the box, even though they should be. If you get your shot away then defenders can attack you with impunity.
One of my biggest gripes with refereeing is that those don't get given as penalties. Absolutely absurd reading of the rules that as long as you get your shot off someone can come and decapitate you with impunity.
