The winter break is incredible short this year, so a new coach wouldn't have alot of time.
Obviously we would love to get a long term solution, but there just isn't a good option on the market for the winter. People like Blanc won't be in due the language barrier. Nagelsmann (Hoffenheim) or Wolf (former incredible talented youth coach from us, now coaching Stuttgart) seems to be the targets for the summer.
So we have to look for a short term option and there aren't many good options either. We won't use a youth coach, since they're both relatively new and we don't wont to kill their careers.
It's a shitty situation, but I think we'll get rid of Bosz if we lose the next game. Just need new a new impulse and some stability.

Been saying man utd will beat city even without pogba this weekend. They havent been in top gear for a few games, just dont be able to consistently play at the tempo the did at the beginning of the season. Which is understandable, but they will be beat very soon, mark this post.

He's not a bad guy and honestly very protective of his team, who is letting him down to some degree and he's nice.
That's about it.
Stubborn about his old ass 4-3-3 tactics that just don't work anymore. Failing to adapt in any way, horrible coaching within the game, questionable subs and the team doesn't seem to be 100% fit.
Mentally the team also isn't there. Might be still some effects of the stress from that bomb attack, but compared to Tuchel/Klopp, you never have the feeling that he could motivate the team to the point.
Losing out in this group isn't that shocking, but Dortmund should be doing better in the Bundesliga. It's more fun when there's some competition to the Bayern hegemony.
