Plus he needs alot of love from the coach, someone that pushes the right buttons. Only in that case he can be brilliant. The rest of the time he's as soft as a player can get.
Once the team is playing bad, he's going invisible and he's also afraid of taking any kind of responsibility.
Tuchel was pretty pissed when we had that DFB Cup penalty shootout with Bayern and Micky walked away, not willing to shoot a pen. So we had two CBs shooting and we lost.
He's just not made for boring footy like Unitedball and certainly not for a coach like Mou.
In the end, United is pretty bad alltogether currently and he fits in perfectly. What a time.
