An absolutely disgusting game that sums up how randomly moronic football can be. In the ENTIRE game Burnley only 'create' two chances, and score both. One from a freekick that was never a freekick which then leads to the ball randomly deflecting to a Burnley player for a free tap in, followed by another freekick where their player decides to score the best goal of his entire life.
At the other end Burnley foul, cheat, time waste, clear the ball off the line and their keeper saves a point blank range shot with his face (which he knows nothing about) the ball spins up in the air and bounces off the cross bar twice before dropping perfectly for a Burnley defender to clear. I would actually be mad about this joke of a game if it wasn't for the fact Man City are having all the luck and have already won the league so it makes no difference if United finish, 2nd, 3rd or 4th.
Injuries are mounting up again and each game is turning into a clown fiesta of the opposing team putting everybody behind the ball and just hoping for lucky breaks. Viva football.
