Given the amount of money spent you'd think someone billed as one of the top three elite coaches in world football should be able to produce a team with a little more zest than this current United.
Sometimes a points tally flatters to deceive, and you can rack up a lot of points despite serious flaws in the overall setup. United have spent tons of money on talent over the last few years, so it isn't a question of spending. Mourinho has lacked ambition in the way he sets up his teams and this United side look close to combusting.
Still don't really get the fuss on Paul Pogba, either. He was captain today. Nowhere to be seen when his side were reversing into their own box against 10-man Leicester.

Coventry City CEO David Boddy has said that news about where the Sky Blues will be playing next season will be announced imminently.
Boddy said in a statement: " I had hoped to be able to make an announcement before Christmas about where we will be playing next season, but such matters are always complex, and we haven’t quite managed to achieve the target I set.
"However, I am delighted to say that we will be in a position to make an announcement imminently"
My first guess would be the local park.

Think Mou stays one more year. If its Mou or the next manager, this squad needs improving.

By Unreal Champ Go To PostCity actually playing football. Sam have only played 2 hard teams since he's taken over and drew with both of them by sticking 10 men behind the ball.
You're claiming Sam Allardyce has only played two "hard" games since taking over and got draws by not playing.
This is an Everton squad that was in the relegation zone having won 5 of 22 games before Sam arrived losing 12 and drawing 5 including busting out of Europa and the league cup.
Sam shows up, raises to them mid-table in the league and in five wins they've scored 13 goals and conceded 1. Their two draws are at Liverpool and home to Chelsea.
Yet you want to bring up how City are playing as if their situation or project is remotely comparable in any meaningful way.
You are a fucking idiot of the highest order and don't have the slightest clue what you're attempting to discuss.

It's already an early Christmas for Barca fans anyway.
From doom and gloom early in the season after Neymar left to 9 points ahead of 2nd, and 14 points ahead of Madrid.
Valverde will have you guys playing beautiful football again when they have the personnel, until then I think he has done an incredible job winning.
Busquets getting back to form helped a lot too.

Yesterday though, I can't really blame Mou for the 2nd half because United played attacking football right through the end, and the only problem are the immaturity of our attacking lineup, and fuckups in decision making at the end. It was the opposite of what people bash him previously for parking the bus too early in games.
What Herrera did, if he did refuse to drop deeper and have Smalling go up higher is something he needs to learn from. We will see how this effects him later this season.
As for our attacking lineup, they'll learn. As much as I give shit on Rashers yesterday he has been shown to improve his playstyle throughout the last 3 years, so I'm not particularly worried. The same with Martial, and Lingard (although he was one of our better players yesterday, until the shot that hit the post).
With Pogba, it's too early to give him the captaincy. It has been shown from last season how jittery and nervous he gets when there's a spotlight shone upon him. This too hopefully, will come because he's absolutely world class in nearly all the games he has played this season.
Unreal and CQ. Both of you need to calm the fuck down.
Also I agree with the latter. Sam has took Everton from being relegation tier to mid table in the last few games. If it's so easy to get results why are other teams suffering?
Playing physical and hoofing the ball, as inelegant as it looks DOES take some tactical finesse. Everything does at the top tier of football. Everton playing for a draw against the previous champions also has to be commended, because not all teams look to win every game they play unlike in the top 6.

Look I'm not the one who came with the personal insult and attack. If he didn't agree with my views, he could have easily ignored my post and went about his business, much like I do when I don't agree with poster's view on here.
By Unreal Champ Go To PostLook I'm not the one who came with the personal insult and attack. Just because someone is a dick to you doesn't mean that you have to do the same thing. Be the better man.
Also, saying City plays football while Everton doesn't is pretty... close minded. There is no right way to play football. The point of playing is to outscore your opponents while not letting them do the same to you in the process. If a manager want to instill his philosophy behind it, it's fine, but the basic rule to win stays the same.
If we follow this, then does it mean Liverpool doesn't play proper football? They have scored a lot of goals, but does it matter when they have conceded and drew/lost the games in the process? Does it mean that what Klopp tried to do with Liverpool has been wrong?

I agree but I think it's just comes down to balancing. You can come to play football and still keep a tight knit in the back. Coming to play for a draw IMO is just anti football. Again that is just my view.

Again it's down to balance which Pep has gotten right this season, yes he's spent a lot of money but unlike Klopp, he has identified his problems and fixed them in the off season. My problem with Klopp is not his style of football but he's loyalty to bang average players. Pep has no problems benching or getting rid of a player that isn't performing, Klopp on the other hand seems to think he can coach mediocrity out of mediocre players.
I'd rather talk about how shit United were in a week where Chelsea, Arsenal and Liverpool dropped points
Thank god
