I have made duck breasts and that is a treat. Get the skin nice and crispy in bacon fat and the finish in the oven. Good eating.

Good oriental chicken or duck rice is absolutely heavenly though, but yeah, it's a process to get them to have the right crispiness of the skin and yet still soft inside.

I think he had 1 season at United where he looked good. The rest was dross.
Evans is a covering defender, which meant he was often the last line of defence when United were caught out at the back. It was a hard job. But he has all fundementals.

You want to use a dry brine of just salt to get the best result

For Bayern it makes alot of sense to finally have a decent backup. Lewandowski was never an injury prone player, but when he's out of form or you need a different kind of striker it's a good option.
Pretty stupid from Wagner though, he could have been a player that establishes Hoffenheim further up top. I guess he was afraid of the time when Nagelsmann and a few others will leave.
