By Marston Go To PostCity handing them another L to go with the one they gave them last week. Whew. That's actually a W for us since beating us makes it such a huge achievement for them that they are celebrating even a week later.
Also it proves that City players were taunting United and Jose by singing that post match before that brawl. I mean if they are singing that now they probably would have been singing it post match too.
Tosin Kehinde is training with the first team due to our midfield problems. Matic is playing injured, Fellaini is out and Pogba is suspended, so I can see why.

Somebody put a few of KDB’s passes together from yesterday. He’s a joy.
He’s my new favourite. Him and Sané. We’re not worthy.
Also the City players singing ‘Park the bus’ for all of three seconds is among the highlights of the year. Won the game, won the fight, winning the banter. Can’t stop winning.

He then accuses them of time wasting in a match where he had 35% possession and Chris Smalling had as many clearances (7) as his £90m forward had completed passes.
Yes, that is absolutely taunting by City and Mourinho's actions were completely justified. Right.

Blaming City for celebrating a win is even more stupid. It's sport.
In fact I love that we picked a fight. Immature as fuck, but it showed we care. Motivation to beat them next time.
And I love that City were taunting us; it makes them a lot more likeable as a team when you tell they really care. They aren't all just mercs.

Of course City cares, there's a lot to like about the team, with only one or two players I actually dislike.
I just don't want things to get out of hand, and bleeds out to the fans. I just don't want things to get as ugly as Barca and Real's situation.

Yeah it shows at least some amount of fire in their bellies. United have been somewhat of a nice-guy team since Ferguson left. Except Herrera, he’s a rat dick bastard
I was just thinking of Herrera while watching yesterday's clip of Dele just now.
Herrera might be a cunt, but man, Dele is something else.

That being said I avoided Betting on Palace because I assumed Woyh was incompetent enough to counteract their underlying performance, so he's exceeded my expectations.
Greame Souness planted a Galatasaray flag in the middle of Fenerbache's pitch after a win and people are getting upset about a sing song in a dressing room.

From what I can tell, it was brand new chant that the fans sang for the first time after the match — doubt any of the players heard it until the videos spread online. That would be fucking brilliant if they were though.
By all previous accounts, it was just oasis music playing loudly.

An even worse crime
To say that so far VAR has been a mixed bag in Serie A would be an understatement.
Roma - Cagliari yesterday. 0-0. Three minutes into extra time. FK for Roma, Cagliari's keeper's shitty save has the ball bounce onto Fazio, who manages to push it in. Referee goes to check, deems it a perfectly fine goal. It was anything but.
When it works as intended, VAR is brilliant. When it doesn't, and it often doesn't, it has you asking "what's the point". So nothing's really changed, it's still down to refs' (in)competence & sheer luck and one can still see #conspiracies behind it all, if one is so inclined. I can't imagine the absolute hell that would've been unleashed, if something similar had happened in a Juve - Cagliari. This being Roma, it'll be water under the bridge in mere days, but these are 2 points Cagliari aren't getting back, 2 crucial points for Roma in the race for the scudetto / CL spot. Meh.

By Baconsaurus Go To PostOf course it doesn't work in a country as morally bankrupt as Italy. From what I'm hearing it's faring even worse in Germany, so go eat a pair of clogs, cunt. I'll accept a night with Doutzen Kroes as a suitable apology.
I'm #TeamVAR all the way, but the "we'll finally have a clean and transparent season of football" fairy tale needs to be put to rest.
Well of course you can't trust the Germans.
As long as there are shite referees there will be shite refereeing. It's great that there is an additional set of eyes with multiple POVs, but at the end of the day it's still a person and liable to making mistakes. I think it will lead to less incorrect decisions in the long run. If a VAR gets it wrong it just looks worse because what is his excuse?

When challenging the ruling first came into effect in the NFL it was a very similar story. It’s pretty smooth and transparent last I saw though.

Indeed, precisely why I'm absolutely pro VAR. It'll probably never be perfect, but the kinks will get worked out in time. Like for example ... managers having the option to actually challenge the rulling might be a good idea. More than a few blatant mistakes were a consequence of the ref not caring to check a dubious situation with VAR (there's supposedly a "silent check" on everything, but yeah). How does it work in the NFL, exactly?

How is that any different from all the sly digs Mou was having at Pep in the media. Maybe Mou should keep his mouth shut and do his sly digs after a match. City had every right to gloat and taunt them. Seems like the Crappy One is getting his just dessert.

We're selling Verbic to Kiev. On one hand he is the one player performing this season. On the other hand, he is an unstable cunt that gets sent off and banned for several matches ALL THE TIME.
