By Hitch Go To PostHasn't Weigl been in sub-Noble form this season?
Recent form's been good. But yeah prior to that he's been about as good as everyone else (at Dortmund).
Saul signed a fucking 257,000 year contract with Atleti. Don't think he wants to ever move tbh. Woody ain't that good.

"Just doesn't seem like he's giving it his all. Walks around a lot and doesn't smile. Will be gone by June, won't make it."

Excuse me?
By Laboured Go To PostRecent form's been good. But yeah prior to that he's been about as good as everyone else (at Dortmund). If you mean the last game you're correct. The rest was pretty abysmal and Sahin was the far better player.
However, he had a longer injury with his broken ankle and he just didn't fit into the 4-3-3 by Bosz, he was standing so high that he was lost in between opponent players without being a viable option to pass to. His long balls just aren't his biggest strength and Sahin was far more valuable as he also dropped deeper.
Now that Bosz is gone, I think Weigl will be fine again. He isn't ready for a move though. I doubt he got the right physical presense for the EPL, still needs more experience and learn to adapt his game when it isn't tailored towards him.
Dortmund also won't sell unless you bring out the big bags of cash with his contract running till 2021.

But yeah it seems to me the right kind of player to play in a double pivot, which we massively lack when one of Poggy or Matic isn't playing.
I didnt watch the game, but I was expecting a draw to be honest.
We took a huge loss last weekend. That was pretty demoralizing to the team.

By Laboured Go To PostI want us to get Weigl or Saul in the summer so we can have a gorgeous midfield with Poggy and Matic. But we won't cus Mou wants to play with a 10 instead, which I suppose makes sense if he wants to play counter.Buy a better defensive mid or a controller and let Pogba play further forward. Just Pogs and Matic ain't enough against the top teams who dominate possession against us. As good as Ander has been, its time we sign a better player (preferably one who feels like passing forward too).
Also please sort out the RW with an actual natural winger. Mata was killing some of the counters due to his lack of pace.
Luke Shaw looked good and was intercepting well. Can tell he was q bit gassed at the end there. Hope he can continue to play/keep fit and build a partnership with Martial down that left side.

Not thought about that before but yeah that would very much make sense. Smart thing to do if you're a footballer to let the unfunny twat that runs (or ran because it is now co-opted) the Sporf account run your account and let all the fans call you things like "l3gend" and "topz bantz l@d".

You have to put in more hashtags about sharks and quickly-searched-for gifs that are only vaguely related to the discussion topic.
I've just seen Solanke's "handball". Pretty ridiculous decision by the referee. It does hit a fragment of his upper arm but it's a) not intentional or b) like he can make it retract into himself.
Had that happened to United I'd been livid.

Hate to agree when it would benefit Liverpool but yeah not a handball for me at all under the rules. More egregious decision than the Everton pen.
I wish I ran those accounts. Michy Marseilles batuskha would be complaining about shenmue instead of fifa.
Wonder whether Ozil and Sanchez now think these years at Arsenal are wasted years of their career 😂😂😂 #Sad
Whether Mendy does anything/everything with his Twitter or not, it definitely represents his personality. What a dude.
