Horse is right. He is doing an amazing job. Not just this year, but coming up, going down in a respectable fashion and consolidating, coming straight back up, staying up last year... he is doing just brilliantly.
But what he is doing will not work at clubs that expect much more. Teams like Leicester are his level. The current top six, probably Everton and Saints too, he wouldn't cut it.

Sometimes, in my darkest hours, I fear this.
By FortuneFaded Go To PostFirst David Cameron, now the Gallaghers. Don't tell me your not an Arsenal fan Horse?
Funny story: my older brother was a United fan when we were younger and then at about the age of 19 he suddenly changed to being a City fan :lol
My dad was a United supporter who for some reason, turned Arsenal. I still have no idea why.
Probably because he won a lot in betting for them maybe. Remembered one World Cup where he was just transfixed on the results.

m8, I had no idea what you were and now I have millions of racist jokes rushing through my head. You are the one turning me into a racist.

I bet his dad wears Nike hoodies and constantly uses his phone
By Zabojnik Go To PostMust be nice being a pedophile in America these days.
Bro, Roy Moore lost.
By Oddinho Go To PostWho gives a shit about a center back’s passing accuracy.:(

Sorry that was rude
Christensen is good. But I still don’t care about how many times one CB passes to another CB or to his goalkeeper lol
By Mushroom Go To PostGoing to take my last undergrad final ever today, and I'll have you know FortuneFaded that it's in Calc II.
.
Congratulations, Mushroom. A noteworthy moment, truly.

Barely.
By Marston Go To PostBarely.Perfect response from someone who is clearly well versed in the traditions the American deep South.
Mourinho's press conference clocked in at just five minutes minutes and 50 seconds but the Portuguese accused the assembled media of disrespecting Bournemouth as he walked out.
"Bye, bye," Mourinho began as he emerged from his seat. "You don’t like Bournemouth, hey? You don’t respect them? You don’t think they are a team capable of coming to Old Trafford and doing well? No respect for Eddie Howe? No respect for the players?"
Third season syndrome happening early fam.
Great news in Bama. Of course it should never have been that close, but it means there is obvious resistance with results. Dems gotta up the ante and keep it up for 2018. They won because Trump backed a paedophile. Never let him forget.

Chris Froome you absolute wanker.
I'm sure he'll work out of the latest drugs controversy, but still bloody funny seeing him squirm.

GOP turnout was half of what voted in 2016.
Democrat turnout was 90+% more than 2016.
Republicans stayed home knowing exactly who their party's nominee was and decided a no vote was better than a vote for a democrat. They're garbage people but at least they don't matter if they don't get involved.
This entire thread pretty much explains why things were so different than they were in 2016.

lad
He played well enough but him and Rudiger were under no pressure at any point. It was a strange game because Huddersfield didn't press, they didn't park the bus and they didn't attack. They just rolled over. Their consolation goal on the 93rd minute was completely undeserved.
By Marston Go To PostBarely.
Nah, I mean purely by numbers it was “barely” a loss, but it’s no easy feat for a Democrat to get that tiny lead in Alabama. And this wasn’t a normal Republican either... the GOP recognized that it would be a battle and used the media support and the president to back him to the hilt.
Despite it being a deep red state with heavy support for Trump, and despite the extra campaigning and the historical difficulty for a democrat, they still lost. I mean I don’t think any of us are old enough to have seen the last time a Democrat was senator of Alabama.
It wasn’t an even match-up. “Barely” is cheapening how meaningful of a win it is

It should be when the opposition is a pedophile. 48% of people voting for him is disgusting, and the amount of women voting for him all things considered is stunning. It is yet another political result that shows just how fucked America is, despite the resulting appointment being a positive.
