Wanted to update you all on the upcoming editor built from the ground up. It's a thing of beauty and while there's no ETA on when it will go live (hopefully within the next few weeks), we wanted to give you a taste of what to expect. As we've said from the beginning, our current goal is to simplify, modernize, and improve the normal forum user experience. This is just one more move in achieving that goal.

Quoting a post will remove all child quotes but keep the parent post content.
I'll show that off next once I have it dialed in a bit more.

Ok. The new editor is feature complete. Now I just gotta do cross-browser testing and figure out a mobile solution.
EDIT: Works in all browsers, including IE9 - IE11. IE11 doesn't support blockquotes so I gotta re-write that piece and the styling is kinda messed up on IE9 which shouldn't be too difficult to fix. Success? Look for this to launch soon.
