I just think they’ve got too many good players to go down.

If I were United I’d be tempted by this trade. A world class center back is more important to a team than a world class goalkeeper IMO.
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostShite banter from the fat Belgian.
PR Banter is truly the worst. I saw Batshuayi posted some proper #banter a few weeks back, that was clearly meant for Benjamin Mendys twitter account. I guess it shouldn't be a surprise that barely any of them actually run their own twitter profiles, but it's somewhat hilarious when you see the same person banter with his several twitter accounts of footballers.... Especially with players that can barely say a sentence in English, post perfect English tweets.

Really like the look of those 90s-esque Adidas kits. Germany, Colombia, the Spanish Republic flag on Spain's. Wonder what 00s nostalgia is going to look like

It would be my duty to situational comedy to do so.
Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho will be told to offload players if he wants to add to his squad in January.
The Old Trafford board want to control costs before sanctioning more outlay on new signings.
Mourinho has spent £285m on transfer fees on six major signings during his two years at the club.
United's most recent financial results, released in September, showed their wage bill had risen by 13.5% to £263.5m.
Defender Luke Shaw, who cost United £27m in 2014 but yet to start this season, is the most likely departure.
The 22-year-old has started just four Premier League games in 12 months through a combination of injury and poor form.
The future of Marouane Fellaini is also unclear. The Belgium midfielder's contract expires in the summer and he will be free to negotiate with overseas clubs in January.
fair.

By Pele.gif Go To PostWelcome to West Ham, The Year of Luke Shaw.Do United have any more crap youth they can offload? Perhaps Fosu Mensah can be recalled from Palace seeing as he never plays, and sold on. And whatever happened to Wilson?
By FlutterPuffs Go To Post……..So what?
Mensah has made 9 EPL appearances, and 2 in the League Cup for Crystal Palace.
By FlutterPuffs Go To Post……..Well that's even worse, have you seen Palace?

I'm sorry, I thought you meant if Fosu ever played for Crystal Palace, which he does.
He had 8 appearances for us last season. I'm not sold on him being a good prospect for a future either. He's fast, strong, but often falters at later minutes in a match.
Still, he's pretty good for Palace, to the point where he got another NT call this International break.

By sohois Go To PostWow, Palace and the Netherlands, surely the next step is to become Richie Sadler.Right now he reminds me of a young Oxlade who plays deeper. Seriously.

By Bold 2 in One Go To PostThe ultimate insultI dont mean it like that.
Ox was a very good prospect that like all young players, just lack consistency and decision making. Some of them made it by having the right coaching, and game time to let them get experience and the abilities needed for top level football.
That's where Fosu is at the moment. Whether he ends up an Ox/Januzaj or Rashford/Winks is down to him and United.

Had they, for instance, talked to Jermain Defoe? In a revealing interview last autumn Defoe, now with Bournemouth but then leading Moyes’s Wearside attack, said he felt the team had gone backwards since the Scot replaced Sam Allardyce in July 2016.
“We’ve given away stupid goals with schoolboy errors, the kind of goals we wouldn’t have given away last season,” Defoe said. “From where we were I feel like we’ve gone backwards. We’ve not hit our old levels. We’re trying to play one-twos on the edges of our box. We’re not solid. We need to get back to the mentality we had before.”
As senior professionals muttered about training being “old-fashioned”, with inordinate amounts of time devoted to crossing practice, Allardyce’s successor increasingly came across as a bit dated.
In mitigation Moyes had been unaware that Ellis Short, Sunderland’s owner, wanted to sell up or that the club was £110m in debt. Such straitened finances led to a mass of redundancies, announced in February. Moyes was aware such cuts were looming when, only a week before, he was away in New York with the squad, indulging in “boys bonding”, which he suggested could help avert relegation.
It not only failed spectacularly but prompted suspicions that his refusal to cancel the trip when so many support staff were about to lose their livelihoods betrayed a shallow, uncaring character arguably out of touch with the reality of many lower-paid colleagues’ lives.
