Shithouse fans not caring.
Chelsea have won the league twice since we last did with two different managers m8 get with the program
By Cleff Go To PostFifth manager in five seasonsAlways felt like mourinho would be one who the fans wouldn't even try to fully embrace, he's simply too much of a cunt. Plus the football he favours and money he spends to get there means that if you're not winning the top honours, nobody gives a shit if it gets results by and large
Shithouse fans not caring.
And as n8 said, nobody ever expected him to last longer than 3 years, so there's no point thinking or caring about his departure
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostIt is so fucking boring watching usworse than Gaal?
Definitely not as bad as Gaal. That was painful
By Cleff Go To PostFifth manager in five seasonsFergie was a one of a kind thing. Gotta let it go.

By Auto Simeone Go To Postworse than Gaal? Its worse because somehow we win and thus there has been no reason to change, at least with Gaal you saw an end point where he would be fired and maybe wed get someone else in.

zidane is getting sacked even though he just won 2 CLs in a row for the first time in history and a league title
United under José is 1000x times better than with LVG.
Come now. I can definitely see the similarities in character, but in practise it's not even close.
Mourinho brought back Pogba, won 2 (or 3...) trophies and sold Rooney in under 12 months.

Score/win more and the football is SLIGHTLY better(imo).
LVG himself is entertaining though, whereas Mourinho has been boring for about 10 years.
I'm really curious where Mourinho will go next if he fails at United (i'd rate his spell as fail if he doesnt win a league title or ucl).
Back to one of the 3 from his land? Inter?
Can't see him getting a better job than that.

We are definitely better to watch than under Gaal. Still too rudimentary going forward in comparison to lots of coaches though.

Would be glorious indeed.
Dont think PSG will go for him.
If Mourinho leaves after this season and City win the title, that’ll be like the first time he’s gone to a club and left before winning the title, won’t it?
By Oddinho Go To PostIf Mourinho leaves after this season and City win the title, that’ll be like the first time he’s gone to a club and left before winning the title, won’t it?Yes. League title i presume you mean.
By Oddinho Go To PostIf Mourinho leaves after this season and City win the title, that’ll be like the first time he’s gone to a club and left before winning the title, won’t it?You'd have to go back to him managing Benfica and União de Leiria in the early 00s.

International football is his next destination
Small stint at Blackburn and then retirement
Let's face it. With the other teams improving even Fergie would have hard time with the team at United. The times of winning a title by throwing one van Persie into the team are over.

He can have Emenalos old job
I'm ok with Jose leaving at the end of the season, He's given us a couple of trophies and arrested the decline somewhat.
But boy oh boy can this cunt start a fight in an empty room...

There can be absolutely no surprises on what you get when you hire Mourinho. The positives and the negatives both.
By FlutterPuffs Go To Postwill miss Mou, but he has done a great job with the transfers… sans Mkhi.Lindelof forgotten already
By Hitch Go To PostLindelof forgotten alreadyLindelof gets a pass because there are some players who just takes time to fit in.
Mkhi has been given a season and a half.
By Grizzled Cola Go To PostLindelof is about as unready for the PL as you could get for a professionalStill waiting for Lovren to adapt
looks like i gotta catch up on the narrative
mkhi is bad now?
sure he's soft but he's still one of your best players, just a bit of bad form boys chill

Whenever I’ve watched United, Micky has been their most threatening player, but I haven’t watched every game so I’m not the greatest judge.
By Oddinho Go To PostWhenever I’ve watched United, Micky has been their most threatening player, but I haven’t watched every game so I’m not the greatest judge.Yeah, he can get into some great positions, but then fucks up so much in the final third.
Part of why Lukaku has been so ineffective lately is that the key passes we need from Mkhi to inside the box has been very poor.
Lovren has had very good games for us as well, including long spells where he was our best defender.
The problem is that he’s occasionally prone to completely shitting the bed and ruining a fixture. This isn’t something Liverpool can take complete credit for either. He had some real clangers at Southampton, but the microscope Liverpool is under is much stronger than Southampton’s. “Patterns” are found sooner, conclusions drawn quicker. He was better at Southampton, the same player with the same faults just less prone to making them, I think a lot of this is just part of playing for a team that isn’t habitually displaying suicidal aggressiveness.
He’s an emotional person who can be a leader and I like him a lot, purely in a personal sense. But the pressure is just too great at Liverpool for him to be our first choice defender.
I feel almost exactly the same about Mignolet.

I'd rather keep Woodward than Jose.
I agree with Mou that it seems odd we're in crisis mode when we're second in the league with the best defensive record, in the QFs of one cup and top of the group with a perfect record in another.
If we're considering anything other than results though, which we absolutely fucking well should, things are more worrying. Our play without Pogba is shit. Our play with Pogba was still a little misleading. He's playing a system with a number 10 and then bypassing that 10 with every attack.
