Motive made single player
Motive helped but I don't think they made all of it.
From what I've heard on the bombcast, it's short (4 hours) and it's shit. Main character has no development, ends in a cliffhanger and it's basically just contrived scenarios to have every prominent multiplayer hero model to show up in the story, undermining even more whatever original stuff they brought to the table.
