This was my reaction too lol, it already looked great but when the Sucker Punch logo was dropped it kind of blew my mind.
This trailer impressed me so much. Not only does it hype me for the world and the story, but there were so many wonderfully crafted shots. I was especially fond of the shot where he was practicing in front of a setting sun, cleaning his blade in the crook of his elbow, and when he rides up to the pagoda in a wintry ladnscape.
I like that this is set in early Feudal Japan, I didnt even know the Mongols tried to invade the country.

I played a demo of Bloodstained last year.
I think it looks excellent but I'm not believing the hype until I see gameplay, even if it's Sucker Punch. The Order 1886 burned me so bad that I don't trust any cinematic trailer from Sony, ever. I do believe the graphics will look that good in the final game. Their new engine from Second Son is proof enough for that.
Reminds me a bit of Tenchu.

Twice, even. They've got room for a sequel. The term 'kamikaze' means 'divine wind' and refers to the storm that sank the Mongol armada.
And yeah, I agree about the period. Like I said in the show thread, nobody does this period. I can't think of a single other game set during Kamakura. It's always the end of Muromachi or Edo. Very occasionally Heian.

I want this game to be a cross between the Tom Cruise movie and the Marco Polo show, so badly. Like, Hundred Eyes definitely needs to be the final boss, and Ken Watanabe needs to be the mentor and rebel leader you have to protect. Let's get it!
