Want to be friends?
By M52B28 Go To PostYeah, I wasn't really feeling her for a bit because I got to know her friends and they're the type that like to gossip and act stuck up, so I kind of left it alone because she's always with them. Can't do too much about the friends (and honestly the friends hating you can be a good thing, you never know - some people look for a certain kind of social balance like that).
I was speaking to her a few days ago, realized she'd be fun to take out, so I said fuck it, but had to do it in a lame way since I only see her once a week sometimes. Her friends don't like me because I don't fuck with them, so they're gonna say some bullshit. Whatever.
Might've been a tad bit extra with the length of the note, but you know her and I obviously don't. Sometimes you just need to get things going with a few texts back and forth instead of an invitation like that. Hope it all works out!

Anyway any newly married peeps? Any advice for this guy?
Got married this summer, my advice is to be very compatible... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Because of that we talk about pretty much everything and bounce back from little scuffles pretty quick.

I do feel like it was a bit much for me to write the note, but I feel that was the best way for me to reach her at this point. Also, I like to plan in advance, so the earlier she knows, the better. She might have not been there yesterday, so that may be the reason why she didn't respond. We'll find out eventually.

By TheMikado Go To PostAlright question do we need a separate sex thread lol? Cause that finger sniff post was hilarious.
I think somebody is making a general one, that sticks within the TOS.
In for more demon/savage tales.
Congrats to the recently wedded folks.

Alright if that’s the case I volunteer for that if it’s needed.
I mean, I don’t got a lot going on in terms of dating prospects. There’s a chance of a booty call relationship with a 45 year old woman I work with (I’m 25), but that’s it.

You're still young man. I'm in my 30s and this year has been a revelation in terms of dating. Many more prospects.

Older women are the finest wine.

As someone that finds himself in bed with older women a lot...
Do IT!

Bed? Why limit yourself like that?

Communication is key. The rest will fall into place as I assume you're both compatible and have a good level of comfortably and trust.
There's a temptation to continue doing things with friends and not inviting your new partner, but make sure you invite them and make them feel included, at least in the beginning.
Don't be scared if the routine and remember that the initial high of being newly married will fade. Real life hits fast and hard, so we're back.to communication is key...

Nah. Plenty of forever alone-types who have that problem.

This. It's probably the most important thing.

So "Crazy Like Me" Woman took over a day to respond to my text so the Dog in me panicked and I sort of set up two other dates for this week as well thinking she had moved on...... I didn't like the feeling of rejection and responded without thinking it through like an asshole. So when she hit me up I realized I made plans for 3 dates for this week.......
So Operation "I can't afford this" is in full effect. "CLM", "Artsy woman", and "Older Than She Looks" are all in the running for how cheap can I make these dates without ruining it for myself in case we vibe.

CLM still ghosting. I got to call it a wrap but she seemed so cool and we met in person and had a great time.
Can't play myself so I am gonna have to bush her (like she bushed me) and move on
Artsy woman wants to talk tomorrow so things are still looking up. Though I haven't met her in person so there is no guarantee the chemistry is there between us.

I stopped dating a while ago. Been celibate because though Atlanta is presented as the land of milk and honey when it comes to available women, there’s a reason they are available.
Spoiler alert, it’s because their minds are the worst of patriachy and internet feminism and church all rolled into a clusterfuck of illogical thoughts. It’s hella dysfunctional down here, even more so than Chicago. Plus everyone has kids and that’s a no fly zone for me.

@Miami
my favourite quote about marriage is "women get married expecting men to change, men get married hoping women dont change" and both are usually wrong imo. Your wife will change, some differences will be subtle but she def will change.
Set expectatations, be clear on what you expect from each physically, emotionally and spirirtually if thats your vibe. It doesnt need to be a regid set but I have found alot of things can be avoided if your clear on stuff like that

Last night was a trip. Cried a lot, saw old photos and videos from when we started dating.

Tons of rose from the nijikai and sanjikai.
Now it's writing thank you notes for those who made videos but couldn't come. Checking around for photos. Finish paying everything off. All I know is that I am happy and wifey is the best.
