I am, I'm watching Super but still it doesn't feel the same. It's obvious the Z fighters are there for filler and not used to progress the story like they did until the Majin Buu Arc. It's still a fun ride though. I hope Gohan and Piccolo deliver.

Honestly, I'm so happy there are female Saiyans and women even in a ballpark near Goku's level, so the more Kale and Caulifla, the better.

Now though, it's just the "Goku Has to Win Every Time" show... I still enjoy it though.
I still think they did right by a lot of the old guys this arc. The could have scouted out the universe for strong guys,although between Beerus and Freiza there ain't much left lol, but instead went with the old guys. And I feel they represented themselves a lot better than I thought they would.

Well the big thing was that they only had 40 hours to pull together a team so it was kinda of their only option since Earth was the only place in the universe left with a bunch of strong fighters. If I remember correctly Kaioshin says only 28 planets in their universe have "Mortal" life on them.

Goten and trunks are definitely super neglected. Even by the character designers. Theyre supposed to be like, Cell arc Gohan's age but still look 5 years old.

It's a dumb complaint given how this show works, but I am so fucking tired of Goku episodes. Jesus give someone else from U7 time to shine when it isn't leading up to them getting eliminated. Favorite episode has been about freaking Master Roshi at this rate, and somehow Vegeta hasn't knocked out that Ribrianne chick? U6 saiyans got more screen time it feels like than the U7 saiyans and these fuckers are on like Freeza and Cell saga levels of strength and the peanut gallery acting all excited about their fights when Goku just went blue kaioken x20 and ultra instinct.

We’ll just have to wait and see what happens when Kale and Caulifla fuse in the next episode to see how strong she is compared to Goku. At this point the strongest fighters (in no particular order) are Goku, Jiren, Vegeta, Toppo, and maybe Gohan.

Vegeta’s literally standing around with his arms crossed and choosing not to contribute to Goku’s spirit bomb on the off chance he might need an ounce of extra energy, yet Goku is seeking out fights in order to get his energy back. I have enjoyed this arc, but the order has felt wrong. If they wanted to be doing that shit it should have been before.

Art wise, this is the best Super's ever looked. Takahashi shat on Yamamuro using Yamamuro's old, buu arc designs. Amazing. Vegeta hasn't looked this good in years. Staight DBZ.
