If anyone could be kind enough to give me an invite to a Slaent or Resetera discord, it would be much appreciated.
Since I am not in any of the discord channels, but was a member on GAF for 7 years, it will probably take me a very long time for me to get invited in, right?
That is not to say 'Slaent' isn't a perfect forum. It is. It is just that certain folk who made GAF great, especially on the gaming side, are probably all going to ResetERA and I do not want to miss out on that side of the community.

Yeah, I'll be in both forums. At first it was weird, but now I am kind of in love with this site's design. Also the people. But the design is really good. The people is nice, too. But damn this design is good.
Guys it's literally in the OP that the Discord is currently closed to invites. They're busy getting the forum ready for launch. There's been no new updates since this morning and trust me, the Discord channel is a giant nightmare. You're not missing anything.

I've asked over in the over thread but was directed here. I know the Resetera discord is locked but can someone please PM me an invite to one of the communities that isn't locked? I have proof I was on GAF in the form of a screenshot of my suicide post last night.

They have to start somewhere and that's the easiest place since they already have a baked-in set of people to get onto the forums. It will be open to uninvited registrations at some point hopefully sooner than later.

No one needs my two cents when there's already 1500 other voices for LGBT+ rights, to stop harassment, saying Trump sucks, or supporting Black Lives Matter. So I'm guessing that I'm known, as much as I could be known, for my contrary opinions on things like the Electoral College, voting reforms, or Liebeck v McDonalds.
How narrow is their purity test going to be?
