I am one of those who thinks the latest allegations don’t mean much. Going on a trip alone with the girl, sharing a hotel room and getting piss drunk in the hotel room together are all suggesting that the girl was sending signals. He backed off after she told him to and nowhere was there suggestions of physical force being used against her. The fact that they went on to have a short physical relationship after that is an even bigger giveaway.

Not that this excuses his past behaviour. But this incident alone isn’t exactly enough to condemn him, in my view.

I'm from Brazil, but I've been to literally everywhere. I'm not a goblin looking fellow but I do have several attractive friends. Some, stuff happened. Others, it didn't and yet we still party hard a whole fucking lot. So nah. I reject your sending signals for going to a trip with a friend. It happens, and I'm dead certain that it happens the other way around too. You just don't have to be a creep and do the right thing. It isn't that hard.

ALSO, when you party with a girl friend, EVEN IF YOU ARE GETTING WASTED, that doesn't mean you go to the bathroom where she is throwing up and gets naked. You might knock the fucking door and ask if she is alright, but getting naked while the girl is throwing up because she is wasted? Yeah... no. That's not just a dick and creepy move, that's sexual assault. So only a socially inapt person would think that's okay. Judging Tyler's comments on "power moves" in the past, he just thought he could get away with that. It turns out he couldn't.

I mean most people have read signals wrong... lean in for a kiss, maybe put your arm around a shoulder but going from "friends" to hopping buttnaked into the shower? You better be stealing them signals like the Pats before you make a move like that
