Still pissed off that we could never get past the Cardinals. But then I remember the lean years in the late 90s and the first decade of the 2000's where every little success was like the World Series. Win or lose tomorrow, I'm proud of this team.We got bullied so hard by those Cardinals teams. Just intimidated and limp. I thought it was ridiculous how they came out throwing at our hitters though. That was really low class.
At this point, if the Doyers were to win the chip, my reaction would be one of relief instead of jubliation. That is what this series did to me.
