Racing Games Community

I wanted to make a GT Sport thread, but felt that it would be better instead to have a Racing Games Community instead.
Anyone playing GT Sports, Forza 7, iRacing, Project Cars and the like are welcome here to share your thoughts and your iDs or lobbies to race in!

Yessssss. Thanks for making - i did ask whether anyone was playing PC2 but doesn't seem massively popular here.
A general thread might be best for now anyway.
So, I'm playing PC2 on PS4 and loving it so far. The online doesn't seem too good though (needs matchmaking because fuck this lobby system) so I'm tempted by GT Sport.
Only downside is the supposed lack of tracks - are we expecting PD to regularly update with more?
Edit: Lack of tracks in comparison - PC2 has a shit ton.

Well he's probably actually insane but... GT never had any paid DLC for the tracks so we are good there. The only thing is when will the tracks and cars drop. Here's hoping they put out a DLC plan out soon.
GT had some paid DLC tracks on GT5 (i remember Spa and Motegi). GT6 didnt, it was all free, but the game had microtransactions.
They better give some (a lot) free content for GTS.

Saw on eurogamer that GTS sold more than GT1 and GT6 on the first week, but 3 times less than GT5.
Considering digital, doesnt look too bad.

I've been a Forza fanboy since 2005, but have been tempted to give GTS a go. Haven't played one since the ps2 while I'm a bit burned out and disappointed with Forza 7.

I know it'll get some flak here but I really, really enjoyed Need for Speed 2015. Night driving is definitely my thing and it felt great for me to drift.
The Crew was also excellent and I'm looking forward to 2

Playing a hell of a lot of PC2 on PS4 since release, really think they’ve successfully built a foundation for online racing on consoles (similar in scope to what iRacing achieves on PC.)
Sure there’s lots of bugs and a few missing features but the most important stuff is already there for me and the FFB is drastically improved over the first game.
The safety/driver rating is in its infancy and will continue to balance itself out with time, but it’s already working as intended and gives a visual indication to the type of players you’re racing against. I’ve already met similar racers in the A/S safety class that I now play with regularly and have a lot of fun, close racing with.
Going to pick up GTS as well when it goes on sale as my couch racer. Rather enjoyed the beta but I don’t think there’s enough there to warrant a full price purchase.

Night driving is definitely my thing and it felt great for me to drift.I actually enjoyed both to certain extent. NFS2015 has good feeling drifting, if only the car wouldn't swerve into the wall. The Crew feels good too once you get your car high level to have grip.
The Crew was also excellent and I'm looking forward to 2
edit: I actually can't wait for NFS Payback and Crew 2.
There's been a bugfix patch and the 'daily' races have been updated in GTSport
A one make with the Mazda Atenza on Blue Moon Speedway
A Gr.4 garage race on Kyoto Driving Park - Yamigawa
A 10 lap Gr.3 garage race on the Nurburgring with 16 racers

Full laps on the nurburgring? That would be something haha see how many survive.
By Ploos Go To PostFull laps on the nurburgring? That would be something haha see how many survive.Just the GP course sadly, full track would be a sight to behold. At least they're expanding on the 4/5 lap races, might actually have one where you need to refuel soon.
