Also, I can’t believe black athletes aren’t running hockey yet. There are a bunch of washed out power forwards who could probably murder this sport. Zdeno Chara is 6’9 and everybody’s like “OMG HOW CAN A HUMAN BEING THAT SIZE EXIST”

i feel like you have to grow up ice skating so it's like 2nd nature. but maybe i just couldnt take to ice skating after spending most of my childhood on rollerblades though.

Hockey’s the one game where skill matters more than anything. You can be athletic as fuck and 6’7” 240 pounds and still get sized up and put on your ass by a 5’9” Russian guy that Learned how to skate on frozen concrete

If a team had a line with huge wingspans they could clog up the ice and fuck the game right up.
