Neither are Ibe and Moreno but a coach makes it work and gets the players to understand the role. Same with a formation. If it doesn't work it's the implementation more than the players.

I think you missed the interesting part.
To the moon was a fantastic game with little gameplay, really just walk there and read text. But it worked great. Most of telltales newer games barely have any of the old point and click adventure game mechanics in them anymore, and is just QTE's with dialogue options pretending to give you choice and change the outcome of the games. and from what I have played (TWD and the wolf among us) it works great.
But this is also coming from someone who despite all the fuck ups with heavy rain, quite likes it. Hell even Fahrenheit was great despite being even dumber than Heavy Rain.
