Anya is amazing though, she definitely could be a protagonist. The characters of this new Wolfenstein universe were actually the most surprising thing in TNO for me, they really make the game much more enjoyable, Machine Games did a great job with the writing.

Just ordered the physical PC version of this game. It won't arrive till Wednesday but that's ok since I won't have time to play it till December. I was going to wait, but that latest ad they posted on their Twitter pushed me over the edge.

Sounds like there are a lot of crashes for some but for those that it is working for, performance is very impressive (unsurprisingly).
We reached out to Bethesda and asked if the timer was ticking down until the release of the first DLC. The publisher confirmed this to be the case but also added: "There are a few extra surprises behind the vault door when the timer reaches 0." What that means is currently up in the air but it does suggest that something else might be coming alongside the first of the DLC episodes, The Freedom Chronicles.

Played about an hour or so. Loving it so far, much better than the first one in my opinion. Frau Engel is such a fantastic villain.
The game was running fine on my PC in the first section, but now it has some jittery. The weird thing is that the FPS counter shows locked at 60. I'll install the nvidia hotfix to see if things get better.

They haven't said anything about ps4s hdr, but I can't imagine they'll provide hdr for one and not the other.
I don't think this game should be open world because not all games should
....but man I'd love an open world game in their nazi occupied USA. It's really fascinating just walking down the streets and reading the papers and looking at how tv, music, books, etc changed

Despite loving pretty much everything else about the game, I have to say that I'm not really having all that much fun actually playing. Player feedback when you get hit is absolutely abysmal. Too many times I've been at full health only to be on the verge in death two seconds later with no warning in between. It's annoying because, with the overcharge system, the game basically tells you to go guns blazing but most of the time you get smoked if you do. Level design has been pretty dull too, mostly consisting of bland grey corridors.
On the plus side, the story and characters are absolutely excellent and is keeping me playing. Soundtrack is excellent too.

We've stated numerous times we are not competing nor are we a replacement for GAF or Reset. Our intention was to move away from GAF years ago and forge our own path and identity.
