Munich for example is like nearly impossible to afford for a student without rich parents, luck to get into one of those dorms that have a huge waiting list, or you're almost working full time to afford the rent. But luckily it's not the norm. Still a couple of cities are damn packed.

I don't mind living in a smaller city as long as I'm not out in rural Germany. I used to live in Frankfurt (I was born there), and also lived in Hanau. Frankfurt was nice but Hanau was too small population wise.

Instead of admitting he fucked up and apologizing to her for any pain he may have caused and instead trying to assassinate her character, he lost that battle.

He had done it before with the Spain ass grabbing as well. Instead of realizing he fucked up and apologizing to the Gaffer that introduced them, he tried to downplay it like it was the norm. On top of that, he decided to act like he was doing a service to the community describing his trip and threatened to not talk about anything else he did, when he could have just said that he would learn from that and not grab asses of people he barely knows.

The amir0x situation is another fuck up. Instead of letting the community know and discuss it, when he didn't have to actually take any fault for it, he tried to deny ever knowing him and hiding the fact that a prominent member of the community is fucked up and know longer welcome there. This is probably the easiest thing to do, since he is right, amir0x hadn't been a mod for almost a decade when it was found out. Would have cost him nothing and allowed for a discussion about shitty people that most of the community knew about.

So, over at least the last five years he couldn't figure out how to not be an asshole and own his mistakes. I'm sure he is blaming everyone else for the situation at NeoGAF right now, still refusing to accept responsibility for his actions.

I'm pretty forgiving to people that I know personally that have wronged me or someone else I know if they learn from it and grow as a person. His actions don't effect me personally, so if he seemed like he was actually growing and learning not to be a shitty person it would be even easier for me to forget about his mistakes and not give a fuck.

But that isn't happening, he will continue to live in his bubble where he is the center of the world and his actions are justified and his victims are just not understanding how important he is. He will continue his bullshit as long as he can without ever worrying about other people because he owns a website that others made a home and nurtured. Can't be apart of a place like that.

tl;dr: Fuck Tyler and his bullshit little kid attitude and fuck NeoGAF.

I agree with basically everything you said, but it strikes me that i'm like the first 4 of these, and yet i'm also highly liberal.

It always felt weird when i would have an anime avatar on most places (even if they would be self drawn ones) and people would describe GG asshats with descriptors that felt like they included me into them, almost. I know i shouldn't let those kind of descriptors bother me -that they don't include me-, and i know what people mean when they say it, but it definitely feels weird lol. I guess its just something i'm gonna need to grow a thicker skin about lol.

I just wish they took a minute to drop the anger. I get it, I was a frustrated, shrimpy teenage boy that girls didn't care for (even though multiple sources told me a few girls crushed on me). Sarcastic as fuck, figuring the world was against me, of all people. The same month that I dropped the bullshit, I ended up meeting a girl and dating for a few years. I was still watching anime, still playing games, still shrimpy. I was nice though, and I stopped being embarrassed about my hobbies.

Haha. I'm quite the opposite. The older I got, the more I cherished my hometown thats slightly bigger than Hanau.
My neighbourtown luckily got a good university, so I'll only have commute like 15-20 minutes via train each day.
How did you like Frankfurt? Was there only once and it was a huge contrast seeing the financial sector the town is known for and parts of the city that weren't so nice due the rising drug trafficking there :/
