Basically there's a bunch of social media accounts of some neogaf members on a pastebin, but it doesn't look like you're there, don't worry.

I didn't realize GAF had so much power! It's dead, so I guess that means no more diversity and women in games right?

I have a feeling this Reset Era will be almost exactly the same as GAF and it will not even try to adjust some of the issues people had on GAF. Notably the bans and the lack of transparency with the bans. I've ran a few somewhat successful forums and transparency when it comes to moderation is extremely helpful. It can keep people's power trips in check and root these people out easier.

I hope I am wrong though and wish it success.

Side note related to that: IMO political talk (besides breaking news) should be kept to a minimum and heavily moderated. Everyone knows political talk brings out the worst in people.

Gaf is coming back without OT I think. Gamergator dummies have people's twitter names and shit in a pastebin. Resetera is opening sometime and I don't know how the invites or whatever will work.

I can safely say that after all this doxing bullshit, I'll just stay here (if I go anywhere at all). In the meantime Evilore can fucking live in his miserable pile of shit.

I had an account at GAF, posted very infrequently (pretty sure I was still a Junior member, doubt anyone would recognize or know me), but I enjoyed reading the gaming forum. I’ve been going there for years, strange to see it gone.

This looks like a nice place, I may lurk here, also keeping an eye on ResetEra, and watching GAF to see if perhaps it comes back under new management.

Always had adblock on at the site. If I do go back, I won't be turning it off. :v

Have a lot of catching up to do with the way the thread's moving. Pretty surprised to see the site's back (albeit with the functionality gutted), thought EL would had burned the whole thing down for sure. Guess it's a good thing in terms of archival purposes but after everything that has happened, IDK if I'll go back there as frequently as a I used to if EL does get the site entirely up and running again.

Okay, so, this is a personal and somewhat complex web of nonsense involving a highly unstable individual I was friends and briefly FWBs with, but I can only assume there will be a never-ending clusterfuck on gaf now until the end of time, which inevitably involves you guys and gals on the mod team in some way, so I'm an open book here. The woman in question ended up being completely psychotic and held a grudge against me after a bizarre love triangle situation developed a few years ago between me, her, and another girl (the other girl I ended up in a long-term relationship with shortly thereafter). This NOLA story she apparently just put up on social media is a delusion of a deeply disturbed person who had a total psychological breakdown as a result of me and the other girl getting together, because she (phew, yeah…) became obsessively infatuated with the other girl (she's bi) on sight when the three of us met up. I wanted to just stay friends with the girl making the accusation and made it super super clear ahead of time that me and the other girl were interested in each other romantically and that could play out as such when we met up. Supposedly this was not a problem for her from accusation, but in reality she uhhh wanted me to die painfully after seeing me and the other girl interact. Plus she became infatuated with the other girl simultaneously to this (she's bi), which created the aforementioned bizarre love triangle that ended up causing her to implode and have an apparently very intense and long-lasting grudge. The whole story about how that love triangle thing played out is, frankly, nuts and scary, and involves this girl bringing us to a compound of dangerous scientology spinoff cultists on that same trip, who roofied us, attempted to recruit/scam me and attempted to abduct/rape the girl I ended up dating, in what was a fucking scary situation that resulted in me and the other girl and the rest of my friend circle never speaking to this girl from the accusation again.

if that story is true it sounds like it should be very easy for evilore to get people to back him up. the roofied woman for example.
