I live in Malaysia, where the word nigger gets thrown around by people referencing black people, simply because they think it's what black people refer to themself. The fact that it's a derogatory insult is lost to them, when they dont know shit about the history of slavery in the United States.
Still, there is no excusing anyone using that word when they know the meaning, even more for PDP considering how he's an international superstar by now.
