Mike Brown must be the best interviewee in the world because I don't know what else can explain his continued gainful employment. That dude must be a GM whisperer or some fucking thing.

I mean BG's game was based on his insane athleticism...and the injuries have sapped that and he is scared to test it because it often ends in more injuries. Sometimes you have to ask yourself WHY is this team giving up on their star before trading for them. If its cheapness, then go for it. Is it because he is begging to be traded, sure...don't Melo yourself tho. Anything else should be a giant red flag.
People already talking about how we should dump Fultz...man the moment he gets put on the market it damn near confirms that he is so mindfucked that nothing can save him.
not to mention BG and Drummond is a poor fit regardless IMO.

By DY_nasty Go To PostA guy holding firm on his second opinion isn't bad or damning of the spurs really. They haven't exactly thrown him under the bus either.Yeah... the spurs Org and most of the players have said nothing or been neutral. Most of the shade has come from media nitwits.
The whole league was talking about how they fucked up about 6 games after the trade. They know they’re backed into a corner for years now.

So PG is out:
Pop bottles, LA.
Paul George's stint with the Oklahoma City Thunder will reportedly come to an end after one season.
Per ESPN's Ryen Russillo on the latest episode of his podcast, George won't be re-signing with the Thunder as a free agent this summer.
"Today is the first time I've heard from anybody that I trust that George is gone," Russillo said, via SLAM Online's Ryne Nelson. "… I don't know where. It's a 'he's gone' deal.

By s y 2.0 Go To PostI mean Pop has been pretty pssive aggressive about it and he's the president….Pop firing off lines is probably 99% more directed at the media and how terrible the reporting is.
By Kibner Go To PostHe needs to start a strain called JAAAAAAAAAAXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
By The Frankman Go To PostIn fairness that was like 10 years ago. Mike Brown has evolved to competent now and a hard worker.tbf he actually got the player to come back... best coach the Cavs have had in years
By masud Go To PostThis clown…need bud and only bud.
According to Woj it's down to Bud, Blatt, and Fizdale.
All solid choices but then again, so was Jeff Hornacek, it's almost like the main problem is somewhere else in the organization.
That's Stien Woj and Berman all reporting the same short list. Buds assumed interest in the Bucks job doesn't seem to be holding anything up, Knicks decision coming soon and the Bucks haven't even let go of their interim coach yet. But wait fuckery looms...
If we hire Jackson that might actually break me, idk man...

Its to the point where Silver needs to step in
Rodeo would you trade Butler for Oubre, filler, and #15?
Like, yea, it's a downgrade in talent. On the other hand you're trying to win now during the worst possible time to do so in the west. And butler has a player option that he could use to bail after next season.

Fizdale deserves better. ESPN has the money, they should pay him whatever the Knicks would to keep him on TV for another year or until a better situation opens up.
Save Fiz.
Save Fiz.
By reilo Go To PostWhodafuck
Congrats?
Igor yes!!!!! Coach of Slovenian national team featuring Doncic as starting PG I wonder if we go for him now
By IWMTB19 Go To PostIgor is super respected in Utah and around the league fwiw.20+ years and was an assistant in PHX under Sarver at one point, I think in the Gentry era
By reilo Go To PostHappy it's Igor versus the other nitwits that were on the table.
Congrats?
Hopefully he comes in and starts the Snyder Tree.
By Red Blaster Go To Postevery coaching candidate in the league besides mark jackson is respected
True.
But he's a Jazz coach so I hope he has a good coaching career.

I heard the siren call of good Wolves news.
Minnesota Timberwolves guard Jamal Crawford will decline his 2018-19 player option to become an unrestricted free agent this summer, league sources told ESPN.

You know you're just inviting a new multi-year deal from Thibs, right?
By Randolph Freelander Go To PostYou know you're just inviting a new multi-year deal from Thibs, right? For Jamal? Nah, he's not coming back. He complained all year about minutes (even though he's one of the worst players in the league now). I don't know if they want him back anyway, since he was a bad locker room guy.
Derrick Rose, though... Ugh, I don't want to think about it.
