Does Lavarr not care that this shit will get his son wrecked on a nightly basis. I mean fuck, his teammates can't like this shit either.

New York Knicks rookie point guard Frank Ntilikina suffered an ankle injury at practice on Friday, according to reports.
The severity is unknown but Ntilikina was helped off of the court by a coach and a teammate, per reports.
Hm.
By Smokey Go To PostHe will have a good night tonight against the suns, although bledsoe and ullis will be a tough 1v1 match up I expect him to get the assists with the suns being a terrible team defense team. He might have some turnovers but he gets a double double tonight for sure.
By Adam Blade Go To PostHm.
You knew something bad was going to happen. The details are almost irrelevant.
By masud Go To PostKnicks blogosphere rightfully shitting on Hornacek for not playing Ntilikina and Hernangomez. I was right Frank…How does anyone know that's on Hornacek.
Hornacek seems to have recieved a lot of dumb restrictions about players in his time there, from the FO.
By Switchpro Go To Postif Lonzo doesn't look good against the suns he might as well retire. The suns are the go to team for breakout performances! I bet half the PHX arena will be laker fans tonight there to watch Lonzo play. I am shocked Laker fans are so down right now, its not like you guys lost by 50 on your home opener against the blazers without mccollum, what's the problem?
By giririsss Go To PostHow does anyone know that's on Hornacek. To be fair Hornacek didn't play the rookies in PHX either, I remember Booker didn't get much minutes until he was gone around the halfway point of the year. I laughed when I saw the ESPN rankings for coaches and it was Hornacek, Gentry, and Watson at 29, 28, and 27. What a great coaching staff we have had over the past 7 years.

After 5 years of tanking.

But he does seem to have trouble relating to players too.

I'm by no means defending hornacek. Just saying, it's hard to single him out for dumb shit like that.
By giririsss Go To PostThey got crushed by a 6th - 8 seed team and their "youth" doesn't look like it has any talent in it at all.Meh, I think Lonzo has plenty of talent, so does Kuzma, Nance Jr looked good, Ingram is kind of scary as far as progression goes, but they still have a coach with potential, and the allure of the LA market/luck. They have options outside of tanking at least. That's all the Suns have and we are stuck drafting 4th every year with shit like Len, Chriss, and Bender. I would take a team built around Booker and Jackson over what the Lakers have, but still they will be back to being on the rise within the next couple of years.

He has kinda taken some jobs that put him in shitty situations, with the melo drama in NY and the morris twins/point guard hydra here.

By Apollo Go To PostBall is going to score 9 points to prove all the haters wrong1 pt away from a triple dub.
That should stop the bleeding.
DeAndre and Drummond were a combined 6-6 from the FT line in their first games. They both shot way above their average on FTs in the preseason as well. da fuck?

All the fears about his floor being really really low, and a lot of his game not translating look like being legitimate fears. It's super early in his career, and it'd be easy to turn it around.
I also think Bender just needs more time. Bigs take time, and he's only 19. Turns 20 in a month. Hopefully they have him at a minimum of 20mpg this year so he can get in genuine development time.

KOs don't count towards a triple double.
By giririsss Go To PostBall looks terrible so far.I agree about Bender, although his numbers are worse he just looks better on the court than Chriss, especially on the defensive end. I just have no faith in Watson to bring it out of him. I anticipate by the end of this season Bledsoe will be traded and there is a strong possibility of having a new coach. They might let Watson tank it out and replace him in the off season.

Today is going to be a good day of basketball! Giannis vs lebron, dsj vs fox, suns youth vs lakers youth. Outside of Jackson i'm really rooting for Fox (biased because of his DBSuper fandom)
willie not getting minutes? okay. Frank? he looked trash af

Also when the fuck did Vegas get a WNBA team? That is a pretty risky move considering people have so many options as far as things to watch. With the Hockey team doing good and the Raiders coming.. that will be a big fail i'm afraid.

When your regular season relies on Demetrius Jackson.
Ingram had some promising flashes and just missed a bunch of shots that he should be capable of making. If he keeps shooting this poorly, I'll be really concerned.
However, trading the #4 scorer in the league to Brooklyn for cap space and a mid-tier center was and continues to be dumb as fuck.
