Withh Conley they were playing great. With out him they're not.

They have an excellent coaching staff

Pure hatred of Dan Gilbert.

to reach next level, they must hire Byron Scott.
By diehard Go To Posttried to tell people that pick wasnt as valuable as they thought
Been saying that since day one. They're only 1 win out of having a pick in the 11-14 range
Marc is on the trading block? How does McCaw, McGee, and a McRib sandwich sound to you Memphis? You can have Zaza as well, goes without saying.

By Dark PhaZe Go To PostSmh if anyone takes doncic over any of those guysright?
Jah only caught DNPs his rookie year because he got hurt near the end of it.
I agree we should have let him move on a while ago but that isn't on Hinkie (who despite his praise from the fanbase, was not perfect by no means) as he tried to trade him multiple times but got shut down by Jerry Colangelo because of "optics" of trading rookies after tanking for them (the same reason people think we even took Jah over Porzingis actually...optics of taking another big was bad enough...I people thought the Knicks fans acted a fool...imagine how the overtanked Sixers fans would have acted?). This whole situation is a clusterfuck.
THAT being said, I am tired of peeps acting like Jah has no part in this. Dude finally came into camp in shape this year and finally realized he has to try a bit on defense to get minutes. We also at multiple times forced dudes to play the 4 to accommodate Jah despite that not being to those players benefits. We also have Rashaun Holmes who also gets hosed but dude never complained and when he did get minutes, he plays hard as fuck, is a great teammate, and changes his game to benefit others. Jah gets into the game an expects everything to revolve around him when he just simply isn't that good for that to happen.
Again we should let him move on for sure...but he needs to realize that prior to this year there is a reason why no one wanted him badly beyond just thinking they could get him for free....maybe he's\just not that good?

By Kuma Go To PostKibbles how do you feel about a blowing up the Pelicans?I like watching good players even if their teammates are bad so I am against it.
e: I'm also a full season ticket holder and would probably give up my excellent budget seats if the team blew everything up and then wait until they got another good player before buying them again. Which might take 5+ years.
By blackace Go To PostBetter than sucking him off for 6 years of killing basketball
They were in the playoffs in 2012 so it was 5 at most the first of those five they had 34 wins, that's barely killing basketball.
Then they bottomed out for 3 years and last year they were fun to watch with a healthy Embiid.
3 years of shit is worth Embiid and Simmons (+Fultz maybe)

sexton is the truth. kid got the it factor.
Philly is lucky to be one of the few markets that could handle a tank job like that and not lose their entire fanbase.
By Kibner Go To PostLMAO. That's the Clippers commentator Walton I remembered.
By Mariosalic Go To Posti would argue that either LeBron or KD killed basketball far more than Philly ever could.
And by killed you mean brought it to its highest ratings ever, right?
By blackace Go To Postlol acting like Hinke wasn't the one who doomed this kid
Hinkie isn't the one that made trading him almost impossible by not picking up his option. It apparently limits the upside any team can get out of him, because even though that year option isn't there, they're limited to offering only that amount (using Bird rights?). If Okafor plays well enough for a decent payday, the team that gives up an asset for him can't sign him. That option year at a low salary (relative to the cap) would have made a gamble more worthwhile.
Nikola Mirotic still hasn't talked to Bobby Portis.I think we need to call in Jimmy Carter for this one.
Awkward. Mirotic (face) has been ramping up his activity during recent practices and coach Fred Hoiberg expects him back soon, but he apparently wants the Bulls to choose between him and Portis. Mirotic can't be traded until Jan. 15 and Hoiberg has no intention of removing Lauri Markkanen from the starting lineup.
By unknown Go To PostMemphis is not a lottery team.🤔
I like Bagley but he's slow beyond words on both ends. Guards are getting three steps ahead of him on dribble drives and he has a nice recovery due to his length but at the next level he's gonna struggle
