It isn't just what Murray has won, it's what he hasn't. Tons of finals; could have had 11 GSs if he wasn't coming up against arguably the three best players ever. And he's beat them all numerous times as well.

Jenson had a freak of a car that exploited the regulations. First year of new regulations, he was just very lucky to be on that rocket.
Hamilton has been on top of his game since forever. Won his first championship with quite clearly the second best car. Should have won it in 07 as well (rookie year and having fucking Alonso, two times world champion as his teammate) if he didn't have made stupid understandable mistakes.
In the early 2010's still with Mclaren he was always winning races with sometimes the 3rd best car on the grid behind Red Bull and Ferrari. Even fighting for championships there.
His first two titles with Mercedes were easy indeed, he dominated Rosberg in both seasons (who was pretty underrated). He shouldve won it last year too if his engine didn't die in Malaysia.
This year Mercedes and Ferrari were neck a neck in performance.
Guy is a legend of the sport. Record on poles. Second best on wins only behind Schumacher with a lot if time to break this one too (i don't think he will, still gonna be second best).

Sport is a strong word for F1. Personally I'd reserve that word for actual sports like Football, Rugby, handegg, Gaelic football, Basketball and PUBG.
