How did Zaza do?

Huge result. Dents Spurs' momentum and opens a small gap, win against a top six rival, keeps our perfect home record (and clean sheets there too). Effort and commitment much better than last week. That has to be the norm.

Still not a fan of the way we attack; there is no structure. Our goal came from proper route one shit, and that's fine, but when we come up against teams far more likely than Spurs to sit deep that's a real issue. What was amazing about Fergie wasn't just that he kept us winning for 20 years, but that he kept on evolving as a tactician; he didn't stick to the same thing his entire career like Wenger or how Mourinho is wont to do. Needs to improve in that regard. Hopefully when Pogba's back everything flows a little better.

Pochettino needs to improve that away record vs the big clubs massively. Will be a shame if this group never win anything because its testament to the power of coaching how they've done the last few years, but they need to have something to show for it.

Yep. Should defo be starting, especially when we set up with 3 at the back. Wouldn't mind that being how we set up tbh; gives our shaky CBs more protection, lets Valencia and Young contribute more.
