Might have to be tomorrow m8, have a lovely headache brewing.
By Bumhead Go To PostI'm here mate. We can wallow in perpetual disappointment together.
Woo. If only Wes was still around, there'd be a handful of us. A handful of us!
By Scum Go To PostI always hate seeing managers get the sack so quickly, but he signed his own death warrant with that crazy spending spree. It's bad that Barkley is injured but he should never have taken Rooney back. He could have probably got players like Wimmer and Kelechi for the same price as Siggy.Agreed.
Though I do still believe Sigurðsson will come good for them, even if the price tag is deemed absurd.
He's yet to be fielded as a #10 - his natural position - and I have no idea why that is. They've set him up to fail.
By FlutterPuffs Go To PostTime to publically announce intentions for 6 months, watching his games and getting Pogba to put out a good word in the press to force Juve's hand.Whenever I do that, they get mad and throw a fit, club doesn't allow them to leave and rejects offers, 1 month later someone else snipes them from under me at half the price. Has happened a few times now.
By Perfect Blue Go To PostHave hopeHope is how you end up with Mignolet in goal for 5 fucking years.
Took Guardiola 5 minutes to fuck Hart off.

Was trying Fellaini ones before I thought I'd go tried and tested
By Bold 2 in One Go To PostWhen are Pogba and Fellaini back?Pogba is looking good on Instagram, and is running now. I'd expect a 10 minute cameo for him in the EL.
Jose probably sent him to Miami to recover quicker, but I think he's such a presence that having him around the squad while injured would have done well for morale. Fellaini too, seeing as our players love him.
Still, our second biggest loss is a problem. Bailly is a one man army and lets our team play higher without worrying much about the backline.
If he's back by the weekend then we have a chance against Tottenham.

Some questions probably need to be asked of Steve Walsh, the supposedly amazing DoF who bought so many poor players at once.

Eh. Villa have sorted themselves out. Can do without that.
Bottom half of the Championship is where it's at. I want to hear from some Burton Albion fans.
Hig pls.
BTW Wooden, did you hear that Miccoli got sentenced to three and a half years for extortion.

Even if we had strikers, we would be in the same position. Th problem is Koeman has a massive ego and alienated players. Called Barkley rubbish, deemed Mirallas unusable and didn't even give Niasse a locker. His man management is terrible and its obvious that its having effect on the players. They aren't playing for him anymore.

There's some who defended Koeman over here but really, this is all on him.
It's not like they didn't have a transfer window (or the money) to properly scout and get a striker.
By Francis Go To PostAgreed. That's very true too. Wasn't he playing up top with Rooney on Thursday? Koeman, pls.

Text on BBC live feed is killing me
You people going on about Klopp have no idea about football. Most of you have probably never played the game, probably never been to Anfield and probably have no idea whatsoever of how long or what it takes to put a successful team together. The Premier League is the hardest league in the world and there is a shortage of top class players in every country so managers shouldn’t waste money buying players for the sake of buying them. Before you start trying to put me in my place you should know I played the game for fifty odd years, including 25 as a goalkeeper so I know what I’m talking about.

you know full well this motherfucker was walking up to the place shotgun in hands thinking "what do i do when i go in, do i sidle up to the counter and quietly pull the shooter, do i just start screaming, do i shoot first, what's going to make me sound most like arnold schwarzenegger" and that's what he decided on

i'd focus on racing clean first without worrying about your results. improve your sportsmanship rating and eventually you'll find (once you're in b or higher) that online racing on a console can be quite blissful.

Silver lining is that we're only 3 points behind 4th. Which has to be the aim, gonna be hard with performances like that though...
Huddersfield(H)
Maribor(H)
West Ham(A)
Ideally that should be 3 wins...

Excruciating.
What a game lads. We showed in these last two games that we are a serious team. Last season we tried to go toe to toe with elite opponents despite injuries/inexperience and got bitchslapped. This time we are being pragmatic, we are sticking to a defensive shape with great discipline, even with Winks/Alli/Sissoko being asked to do the work of Dier/Wanyama/Dembele. With our quality in attack we just have to stay in the shape and chances will come.
Just think back to how badly injuries to Dembele have fucked us in the past. Now we are getting results with Aurier as LB, Winks as CDM, Sissoko as CM against Real Madrid etc. The squad are working so hard, it's great to see.
