Giants with the massive upset, beat Denver 23-10 on SNF.

Yo.
Manual termination of the CBA via proof of collusion would be a shot heard around the sports world, not just football.
That would render Kaep's unemployment irrelevant, let alone the reason behind the protests.

how would he prove collusion.
it's obvious to anyone w/ half a brain that they colluded. just curious how you'd prove it though.

By domino Go To Posthow would he prove collusion.Legal Analyst for ESPN broke down the situation clearly, according to him to win this case Kaepernick has to prove the 2nd version of collusion I stated above... his lawyers have to find that 32 owners met and deliberately colluded against him, not that "a few owners" did.

Yeah... NFL is somewhat corrupt, but not THAT corrupt. I would think Kaep knew this before filing, so I wonder what the motive is besides awareness of the issue (Owners' Meeting coming up). Also interesting that he is going solo on this and not enlisting the NFLPA.
if i'm going to be hard on the staff when they suck i'll give them credit when they do well. titans called a second half offensively
defensively it's still gash every play but that's just the personnel more than anything.
i hope mariota can run again soon. best passing display of his career last night though. let him sling it more. we're still cowards in the redzone

Ezekiel Elliott has been granted another temporary restraining order by the Southern District of New York, and will be allowed to play Week 7.The clowniest of clownshoes.
Zeke's restraining order, apparently issued by a "fill-in" judge, is for 14 days. He will have to make his case to judge Judge Katherine Fallia when she returns from vacation "before or by Oct. 30." Unbelievable. So it appears Elliott will also be good for Week 8. His long-term prospects remain clear as mud, but fantasy owners have at least one more game to get their fantasy backfield in order. Darren McFadden and Alfred Morris won't be playable this week.
That game was insane. Was posting on Roto and happy KC lost. Up two scores and kept passing the rock...

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports the Jaguars do not expect Leonard Fournette (ankle) to play in Week 7 against the Colts.... wow. Said he'd play every day.
Fournette's ankle injury is not believed to be serious, but he has battled ankle problems since LSU. With a bye on deck in Week 8, it makes sense for the Jaguars to be as cautious as possible with their offensive centerpiece, particularly in a winnable game against the Colts. Ivory should be locked into 18-plus touches against Indy. Corey Grant is likely to serve as the change-up back.
It's Sunday, which means it's time for the Browns to lose another game! Can't wait for the 0-16 parade.
Raiders had a pretty good game on Thursday, would like to see the Broncos lose to the Chargers and the Saints beat the Packers, which is probably only possible without Rodgers.

I think Patriots fans don't like Goddell…

Brees is really looking drunk out there.
BTW Mike Wallace is throwing a hissyfit on the sidelines. Concussion protocol and he is trying to go around the doctors into the game.

Hopefully the 49ers. I hope the Browns don't win another game ever again as long as Haslam owns the team.
New owners need to come in, wipe the record books, fire all employees, and start fresh with a new team. No more Browns.

smartest choice i made this year picking up J. McCown when Rodgers got hurt and then switching him in 10 minutes before the games started

Cam needs to throw to Funchess more and the Bears need to get Cohen more involved and this has nothing to do with having them both in my fantasy league.
The cleve is going to do it, friends. Whether it means blow it again or win is up to you and what's in your heart.
You fucking kidding. He missed the FG we called a timeout for.
Not like this, Browns.
