Peterman had 1 more completion to guys wearing bills jersey's than he did to the guys wearing the chargers jersey's.
By Stormm Go To PostPeterman had 1 more completion to guys wearing bills jersey's than he did to the guys wearing the chargers jersey's.2 more interceptions in one half than Tyrod had in 9.5 games.
Wenztees will ride to a banner I think. Funny thing about Wentz, he wears an old school helmet. So he can steal that many more souls from the scrimmage.
Broncos fired OC Mike McCoy.Broncos QBs were Trevor Siemian and Bork Oswiipe. You want the man to turn water into wine?
Denver's offense has certainly been disappointing, but this feels like a scapegoating move considering the quarterbacks McCoy has had to deal with and "talent" available on the offensive line. Until those issues are fixed, Denver is likely to struggle on offense regardless of who is calling the plays. Fired for the second time this calendar year, McCoy will once again be looking for a job this January.
Former NFL WR Terry Glenn found dead due to car crash...
The No. 7 overall pick of the 1996 draft by the Patriots, Glenn played 12 seasons in the NFL including his final five with the Cowboys. The receiver had a tumultuous career off the field which played a role in him being suspended for New England's Super Bowl run in 2001, and he had more run-ins with the law following his retirement. He appeared to have gotten on the right track in recent years, however, and had just gotten engaged. It is a tragic situation, and our thoughts are with his family.
Speaking Monday, Bills coach Sean McDermott said he was "still evaluating" his Week 12 quarterback decisionIf they stick with Peterman that team wil riot.
.
It's unclear what there is to evaluate. Tyrod Taylor should have never been benched in the first place and rookie Nathan Peterman was unspeakably bad in his place. McDermott also said he doesn't regret the decision to start Peterman, which leads us to wonder if he knows the definition of regret. If Taylor plays, he'll be firmly on the streaming radar against the Chiefs. If it's Interceptin' Nate, fire up the Chiefs.
Just heard about Glenn ...It's funny how him being drafted by NE was the beginning of the end of Parcells as the head coach there (since Glenn is the guy Kraft wanted, not Parcells) and spawned the phrase about of 'If they want you to cook the dinner, at least they ought to let you shop for some of the groceries.' And that also taught Kraft to stay out of the way once he hired BB.
Was a cheap shot for him to refer to Glenn as "she" his rookie year but at least Parcells owned up to his mistake and Glenn liked and respected him enough to go play for Parcells again when he was the HC of Dallas after he was cut by NE.
He had a phenomenal rookie year for the Pats, great numbers for a rookie WR even by today's standards of a much more pass happy NFL compared to even just 20 years ago. Also was big factor in how they were even able to get to the super bowl that year against the Packers. He was never able to quite replicate his rookie year success unfortunately in a Pats uniform, and was bummed how it ended for him in NE, but he still had a solid career overall.
RIP Glenn, thanks for the memories.

By The Frankman Go To PostIf they stick with Peterman that team wil riot.I would be surprised if Peterman starts again in a Bills uniform. But it was dumb move to start him over Tyrod to begin with, last I checked the strength of the Bills was their defense and Tyrod had nothing to do with the defense giving up 47 to the saints and just being gashed all day by the run. As a pats fan I wouldn't mind if they keep him in, but, I just don't see it.
By Stormm Go To PostThe era of Nate Peterman has ended in Buffalo as Tyrod has been named the starting QB again.lol
It's funny how true the narrative of Orleans Darkwa is. He runs to where the play is blocked 90% of the time, he doesn't deviate from the plan. He will fake bouncing at times and then run to the play design.
Also nice PI by Norman. He gets away with ALOT.

By Kibner Go To PostDak has been trash since Zeke has been out.I feel it's due to the coaching staff not having confidence. In this game Morris and Rod Smith ran well, but they kept Dak in the pocket and never gave him read-option plays. The one time they ran it, they had a TD called back.
By Kibner Go To PostDak has been trash since Zeke has been out. They really haven't even been competitive since Zeke went out. It's been rough. Looked like they were starting to get rolling fire right before suspension too.
By Kibner Go To PostDak has been trash since Zeke has been out.
Dak was an MVP candidate when he had a dominate offensive line and a great running game. This year Wentz is the guy who has those things and people are calling him the MVP. It's getting harder and harder to know what QB's are actually good and who are just mediocre but in a great situation. Like I know Rodgers, Brady and Brees are good. Everyone else I have no idea. Brady got hit more than any QB the first 5 weeks and he was still having 300 yard games pretty much every week.
Damn. Has the NFL ever had so many average to poor teams. AFC has Patriots and Steelers.
NFC...Saints, RAMs and Eagles
The rest of the league anybody can beat anybody.

That shit was hot, man.... Crabtree and Talib were going at it throwing legit bows. I can't believe Talib was such a bitch to yank his chain AGAIN.
This Week In NFL Pictures is great. Julio Jones going full horizontal is AMAZING.

Stephon Gilmore has been great the past few weeks, I was completely wrong about him. I thought he was going to be a big bust, but he appears to have turned a corner.
I think the Bills will give the Patriots a tough game, since they will use a real NFL ready QB this week, though according to McDermott he isn't guaranteed to be the starter after this weekend against the Pats.
Checked out the game against the Rams and Saints, was a good game, but the Rams really controlled it throughout. First time I've seen Goff this year, he was impressive. Kamara already appears to be a great player, he is fun to watch.

Brown and Bell put up insane fantasy numbers last night for ppr leagues. They're both so good isn't depressing. Ben could play till he's forty easy with those two.
By domino Go To PostEli BENCHED. Geno in.Never thought I would see the day that Eli would be benched instead of just cut or retired.
Giants have a black QB for the first time ever.
The Giants have benched Eli Manning for Week 13.YOU ARE FUCKING SHITTING ME, GIANTS.
Stunningly, hilariously, bafflingly, they are turning to Geno Smith. Third-rounder Davis Webb will also be given playing time down the stretch of the Giants' lost season. The team apparently gave Manning the option of starting Sunday's game before giving away to Smith, but he declined. Manning has made 210 consecutive starts, the second longest streak in NFL history behind only Brett Favre's 297. The streak started on Nov. 21, 2004. We can't pretend Manning has been great this season, but he's also been the least of the Giants' massive problems. The defense has regressed, the receiver corps has been hollowed out by injury and the running game is close to nonexistent. Manning probably deserved the right to play out the season. It's also embarrassing Manning has been benched for Smith, a proven failed option at quarterback. Webb at least offers unknown, theoretical upside. One month shy of his 37th birthday, Manning will be playing elsewhere if he continues his career in 2018.
Eli being class all the way, didn't want to continue his streak getting ceremonial starts and just asked to be benched outright. McAddo and Reese need to be fired.
I choose to ignore him every chance I get.
He did fart while talking politics on CNN recently, though.
He did fart while talking politics on CNN recently, though.
"Geno Smith gives us the best chance to win this week". Get the fuck outta here with that noise. Reese and McAdoo can't go soon enough. Ernie Accorsi needs to come back.
Again to be clear, it's not that Eli is being benched; Giants fans know Webb was going to play at some point this year. But this dumb moron of a coach literally went to him and said "We are benching you for Geno Smith". WHAT THE FUCK? They could've had Eli play and then next week when Webb is ready play him, but nawwwwwwwwww we need to fuck with our vet QB and play Geno fucking Smith's bum ass because he gives the Giants "the best chance to win".
You know what gives them the best chance to win? Healthy wide receivers and a fucking offensive line that can protect a QB for 3-4 seconds. Heck, I'll take a league average running game. I don't like to take shots at people, people who know me from NeoGAF know I'm not a fiery poster. But this legit makes me so fucking angry. It's a fucking disgrace to treat Manning like this.

Did not see Eli getting benched. Haven't seen much of the giants, but I know they are decimated at receiver and their O-line is a weak point. Considering that, Eli's numbers certainly don't look that bad. Tough to see him starting again in a giants uniform after this. I guess he could retire, but I would doubt that. Re-unite with Coughlin in Jacksonville maybe? Bronocs? Couple of teams with good defense's but big question marks at QB (though the Broncos D has been a disappointment this year).

theres more to it but this is the nuts and bolts of it
In an unprecedented move for a major professional sports league, the NFL has proposed partnering with its players to effect social justice change, though not all players are in agreement on the proposal.
On Monday, the league submitted to players the final draft of a proposal that would contribute nearly $100 million to causes considered important to African-American communities. The NFL hopes this effort will effectively end the peaceful-yet-controversial movement that former San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick started when he refused to stand for the national anthem last season.
However, some players who have actively protested since 2016 are displeased with the NFL's approach and plan to break from the Players Coalition, a group of roughly 40 players who negotiated with the league office over how its leaders have handled negotiations. Miami Dolphins safety Michael Thomas and 49ers safety Eric Reid tweeted Wednesday that they are withdrawing from the coalition, which was organized by Malcolm Jenkins and Anquan Boldin.
"The Players Coalition was supposed to be formed as a group that represents NFL Athletes who have been silently protesting social injustices and racism," Thomas and Reid said via Twitter. "However, Malcolm and Anquan can no longer speak on our behalf as we don't believe the coalition's beliefs are in our best interests as a whole."
Regardless, the NFL has made its pitch, and although there is no quid pro quo, the hope is that the league's commitment will create an environment in which players will no longer want to protest.
theres more to it but this is the nuts and bolts of it
... I kinda like it but it reads too much like "The War in Iraq is over!" or "We hired a black guy so now we treat minorities equally!". This shouldn't be done to stop players protesting, because if a players wanted to protest an injustice silently it's his right.
Here's money. Can you god damn blacks behave now so our shitty customers can get over this?
Is how that reads.

San Francisco 49ers safety Eric Reid says he left The Players Coalition because founder Malcolm Jenkins excluded Colin Kaepernick from meetings, and asked players if they would stop protesting the anthem if the NFL made a charitable donation to causes they support.Absolute fucking basura. The man who is being blackballed is barred from the player meetings and then Jenkins is like "I dunno if he wants to be involved". You know what's a good way to find out? INVITE HIM TO A MEETING.
''Malcolm did text me this morning asking if we would be comfortable ending our demonstrations if the NFL made a donation,'' Reid said Wednesday. ''At that point, that was the last straw for me. He had a conversation with the NFL. We agreed that multiple people would be part of the conversations with the league so it just wouldn't be him. He didn't stand by his word on that. At no point did we ever communicate an agreement with the NFL to end the protest.''
Jenkins, a safety for the Philadelphia Eagles, said he was surprised Reid withdrew from the coalition after having a conversation with him Tuesday night. He said even though they had disagreements, he thought the talk ended on good terms.
''I'm not sure about whether Kaepernick wants to be involved,'' Jenkins said. ''I saw this as an opportunity to create a group of players that could use their voice together to really make some change, and we still have that opportunity. We've been able to go from protests to now speaking with ownership about something that's never been in place before. We're proud of that. And we'll continue to work with whoever wants to be in that conversation.''
Reid and Miami Dolphins safety Michael Thomas both sent tweets Wednesday morning saying they were leaving the coalition because they didn't believe Jenkins and former receiver Anquan Boldin, a co-founder, shared their interests.
